I have a problem with Pasta and Sauce in that some bits of the pasta remain hard and I really don't like that - I cook it as per instructions - anyone else find this?

I am off to WI tonight - have been doing SW since Sept and lurk rather than post here but always find some good tips and motivation - and it is good for a laugh too! Not sure how I have done this week - so far have lost 17lbs so another one would be good. Let you know.

Ive had that before, but now I add a wee bit extra water, cook it on the hob on a lower heat and stir it loads, its usually pretty good.

A guy I used to work with used to put the weight he lost in a rucksack and carry it to work and back every day. As he reached his target he was carrying about 10 Stone into work every day!!!!!!!

    Hi all

I make pasta bakes with pasta and sauces.....I make it is a pan like instructed but mix in some cherry tomatoes, spring onions and if you are EE you can put chicken or bacon in. I then place it in a ovenproof dish and put some cheese on top from my HEA, reduced fat cheddar or mozarelle, bung it in the oven to brown off it is lovely and makes a bit of a difference from the normal pasta sauce.

    You really should try it..
