    HEE HEE:D:j It is good isn't it! Yes I had some cold but it will thicken up quite a bit. Give it a good stir then put another yogurt over the top - lovely!:j:j
    HI retiredlady , i love rice pudding for brekkie , like you i make up anoth for two meals .
    Today i've mixed two pots of shape , one mango ,one peach&passion fruit :drool: :drool: :drool: :drool: :drool: both free , it made it so creamy , i'm taking one into work tonight to have at 1in the morning for my break
    I love making this with just vanilla yogurt ,then let it go cold and then get strawberry or raspberry , put them in the bottum of a little tub slighty muched with sweetner then put rice on top and leave in fraige overnight great cold for work xxxx

    well, I'm quite pleased! Week 3 weigh in (the week my body usually slows down) and I've lost another 4 pounds! That's 12 pound in 3 weeks!

    You must be over the moon! You should be so pleased with yourself - you have done so well, I am thrilled for you!:T:beer::A

    Hi everyone, theres been some fab losses today - well done to all, just off to see a friend in hospital so thought I'd post my food for today first.

    B - Half Galia melon
    L - Quorn Bacon (3syns) quorn sausage, beans, toms, mush, eggs
    D - Roast veg and a quorn fillet

    HEB - Branflakes for supper & hi fi bar
    HEA - milk

    Need to make sure I have the B's - Im still finding that a problem, I just dont always fancy it!!

    have been a bit busy the last few days and am rapidly trying to catch up with this thread ;)
    Have had a green day today

    B- muller
    L- 2 ryvita (heb) 5 laughing cow (hea) apple, cucumber
    Alpen light (heb2) muller
    D- stir fry, muller

    milk for tea (hea2)

    Feel like I am still losing although am due for a weigh ...think I may be slipping into some bad sw habits eg eating similar things every day etc
