Burlesque_Babe wrote: »well, I'm quite pleased! Week 3 weigh in (the week my body usually slows down) and I've lost another 4 pounds! That's 12 pound in 3 weeks!
It's also star week so I'm even more chuffed.
I'm absolutely convinced that the key is eating consciously. i'm eating a much, much smaller portion at dinner time. I've done it all on EE and although it is still incredibly early days (another 138 pounds to go!) I am really hoping this time is MY time to lose the weight permanently.
I think I need to start eating lunch away from my PC. I eat lunch (literally eating it as I type!) at home as I work part time and I definitely don't eat that consciously.
So, next stage for me is to try to start eating some lunches away from the PC.
I'm not even going to dare think I could do 2 pounds next week and lose a stone in my first month, but my fingers are quietly crossed.0 -
Hello everyone:hello:

Feel like I am still losing although am due for a weigh ...think I may be slipping into some bad sw habits eg eating similar things every day etc0 -
Think I'm having another good day. Just love my greens - shame it doesn't seem to be shifting any weight!
B; Egg & Baked Beans
S; Apple, 1 litre water
L; Jacket Potato with quark and Tuna (HEb), blueberry rice!
S; Diet Coke, more blueberry rice, savoury rice (plus nibble of cheese while grating a block HEa) chocolate milk (part HEa + 3syns)
D; will be Pasta n Sauce before dancing!!!!
S; cuppa tea (prt HEa) & Hi-Fi bar (HEb)

I pop up my food most days, it is usually yoghurt/prunes/fruit for breakfast, then pasta n sauce,SW chips with egg or bean, HM eggfried rice or leftovers from the night before for lunch and dinner is loads of different stuff - chilli, bolognaise, cottage pie, casseroles, curry, stir fry etc etc
I have to confess I decided as I'd weighed in to treat myself to a handful of chocolates and you know what? Even though they were posh hotel chocolat ones, I didn't enjoy them, they tasted 'fatty'."Stay Wonky":D

Been feeling down since WI on Tue. im not sure why, but ive just not felt like following the plan this week. I was bad during the day on Tue, Wed I ate out for lunch then had a kebab at night , today ive eaten porridge, 2 slices of bread, 3 oatcakes loads of cheese and sweet chilli sauce, about 5 chocolate ecairs, 2 gerlain sea shell chocs . im about to have a very SW salmon salad but i plan on drinking red wine. I dont think ill stop at 1 or 2 glasses the way i feel. Im heading to Dundee to see my bf so will probably have more wine.
