well, I'm quite pleased! Week 3 weigh in (the week my body usually slows down) and I've lost another 4 pounds! That's 12 pound in 3 weeks!

It's also star week so I'm even more chuffed.

I'm absolutely convinced that the key is eating consciously. i'm eating a much, much smaller portion at dinner time. I've done it all on EE and although it is still incredibly early days (another 138 pounds to go!) I am really hoping this time is MY time to lose the weight permanently.

I think I need to start eating lunch away from my PC. I eat lunch (literally eating it as I type!) at home as I work part time and I definitely don't eat that consciously.

So, next stage for me is to try to start eating some lunches away from the PC.

I'm not even going to dare think I could do 2 pounds next week and lose a stone in my first month, but my fingers are quietly crossed.

Why can't I find that yoghourty/ricey thing that sounds so delish? I seem to spend my life hunting for things on here.

Just off for an hour's brisk walk before WI tonight. Like I said yesterday I feel stodged on this EE and am sure I will not have lost again this week.

I go along, hand over my hard-earned cash and "maintain" for weeks on end. TBH it's now getting me down, which is not really like me.

Here ya go Pennylane. Oh isn't it frustrating when you maintain for weeks - I was the same last year and I would have done ANYTHING to have a good steady loss. in the end I've taken a 3 month break. Back on it and I maintain in my 2nd week

"Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW so can be made any time you fancy it really!" Credit to Retired Lady!

Well done BB that is a great loss, fingers crossed for 2lb off next week:)

Pennylane - how many weeks have you maintained for? Has you group leader looked through your food diaries, or suggested how you might kick start your weightloss?

Not sure what to have for dinner later, will have to go look in the freezer, I feel like going to the chippy to be honest!
