    magicbeans - like SkintCatt said - dont let that get you down! For all you know your first week might have been your 'star' week. As long as you have followed the plan and are counting everything you need to the loss will come, I have seen this happen loads and sometimes it comes off the second week. Dont despair though if you lost that every week you would be 3 and a half stone lighter by christmas :)
