    Furr - Good luck

BG - if you have EE then you wont have any HEA or HEB's left (sorry to disagree Jemma) if you have fruit n fibre with milk for Breakfast as you can only have 1 HEA and 1 HEB

Thank you thank you thank you! I've been sat here worrying about it! My second WI tomorrow. I really hope i've lost. I went on the Wiifit earlier and it said I was the same! Oh dear. My advisor lady was a bit 'disapointed' with a lady who gained .05 pound last week...

Hey when you lose the group needs you for inspiration, when you gain you need the group.

The consultant shouldnt be like that, if any of our members gain, my consultant asks them if they know where they wen wrong, and if they dont she advices them, not judges them!

If you find this continues contact head office, they are there to help, they are there for support gain, maintain or lose

magicbeans - don't be disheartened - they're not always amazing. Everybody's bodies are different! Yours might just take a while to kick in, or you'll be a slow and steady loser (I just wish I was steady - I'm already slow! :rotfl:)

Mornin' all, WI tonight for me and I'm a little perplexed. Had our 'do' on Saturday and definitely went over my syns (stopped counting!). I had Hosp appt on Monday Morning and was weighed there, registering a loss since Thursday ( I know all scales vary) I've been religiously good all week ( Too good maybe ). I was a little bit naughty and weighed myself at home this morning only to find my scales registering a gain, Hmmm, not quite sure what to make of it all. I know weight varies over the hours/day/week but all in all the difference between the highest amd lowest weights is 6lbs from Monday morning to Thursday morning
Guess I'll have to wait and see what SW scales say

Good morning everyone - pouring of rain here but hoping it stops before my walk in the park. I feel like the postman sometimes - come rain, sleet or snow I have to make my round - only mine is in the park! And don't think Charlie would let me out of it either - he seems to have a built in clock and if I'm not stirring my stumps by quarter to ten he starts nudging me!

I made the rhubarb rice for breakfast this morning - I think it was the best one yet! I used frozen rhubarb and for the amount I used the syns would have been negligible - about 1/4 of a syn, so I won't count it:p

Breakfast - rhubarb rice and 2 nectarines - (free)
Lunch - mushroom and onion omelette, pear (free)
Dinner - pork chops cooked in a home made spicy sauce made SW style and served on a bed of wholewheat penne, sprinkled with grated parmeson (free+hea)
Snacks - scan bran with fruit and yogurt (heb)

    Have a good one!
    Love
