Does anyone want some SW magnets? I'm having a clearout! There are 7 with days of the week on them then a further 15 with various ideas and receipes on them? Will post them tomorrow if anyone wants them? They were free with one of the magazines last year I think.

Well I did it, I rejoined at local slimming world, group seem pleasant but it will take me a while to feel confident there (its a self esteem thing). I am actually feeling quite excited to get eating healthily again and knowing if I follow the plan properly i will not feel hungry and will definately lose weight. Hears to a good week of food optimising.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0

I've had loads of reading to catch up on here tonight - its movin real quick!
Well I went out with friends for lunch today and didnt know quite what to expect, I think Ive been ok and chose wisely!!
B - Muller/Rasp
L - Seafood and Chicken Paella/ small piece carrot cake (it was a birthday-how could I say no!
D - Chicken stir fry and noodles with sesame oil
HEA - Milk
HEB - Lemon HI Fi - how gorgeous
Snacks - pear/muller
I have just counted 15 syns for the day for the cake and oli and prob some for the paella - do you think thats enough?
See y'all tomorrow - another full day and night of revision for me tomorrow for my last exam on friday - I will be so pleased to get them out of the way.
