I am sooo exhausted the last thing in the world I want to do is cook. I still have 2HEbs 2 HEas so I am just going to have weetabix and fruit for tea I think, the idea of real food isn't appealing to me just now.

And Furr I admire your dedication!

Well a couple of days this week I've gone over on syns so thats not the problem. I dont drink enough though and never measure the amount of milk I have each day. I need to be stricter with that for sure.

As for eating more, it's tricky at the moment as we're trying to watch the pennies and dont want to spend more money on food than we have to.

Marion - you're AMAZING!!! I never thought of rice for breakfast mixed with a muller (and fruit!) How yummy does that sound! i don't like porridge, but I'd have to use a HEb anyway for that - this way its free!!!!!!!! (I don't often do red days!)

Actually I was surprised at how nice it tasted.:D The first day with the banana toffee one I made double the amount and thought I could have some later in the day for a snack. It did taste ok cold but it did get rather firm so needed a brisk stir - I then put another mullerlite on top - very nice:D

I don't measue my milk either :o but then I know from past experience that I just don't use 350ml! Do try to drink as much water (or SF squash) as you can though!

Ok I definitely need to drink more, I'm going to keep a bottle of water on my desk from now on to encourage me to sip water during the day.

How does my menu for tomorrow sound?

    Breakfast -
Scrambled and poached mushrooms plus 2 slices of wholemeal toast and marmite

    Lunch -
Jacket spud with beans & a banana

    Dinner -
    Grilled trout and vegetables

Does that sound alright for an EE day?

I had beans already today
I hate hate hate omlettes they do bad things to me!
I might have some toast in a bit though, is it still 56g? That makes it 1 syn per 9 grams, the bread I have is 33g a slice , so itd be 10gms over so about 1 syn.
How many syns for lupark lighter?

    Evening all.

Well after 3 days with no syns..iv had a big treat..a double decker and a glass of wine...oh god it was good, strange how you enjoy it more when you have been good.

Funny thing is, iv not missed the syns in past 3 day, and find since doing EE i dont need them or very few.

My new fav `snack` is bacon and beans..just hits the yummy spot and feels so naughty even though it is free!!!!!

All you who have maintain, please try taking your measurments and i bet alot of you will have loss inches even when you havent lost pounds...i have used this method for a while now and even if iv maintained or sometimes even put on, the inches have reduced which keeps me going..and the weight loss always seems to catch up on its self.
Iv said it before SW is a rollercoster ups downs and straight, but one way or another we will get to the finish line, it would be nice to loss every week and hit target within months...but it would be boaring and we wouldnt learn what works for us and what doesnt.

    Keep going
