Well I have had a lovely afternoon sitting in casualty waiting to have my hand bandaged!
My 'approved foods' order came at lunchtime and me and ds were so eager to get into it that he accidently managed to slice my hand up!And then he wondered why I wouldn't lend him a tenner:rotfl:
So no silversmithing class for me tonight:mad:
Just thought I'd share my food plan today - not had much yet but will make up for it when o/h gets back to look after me:D
Extra Easy again:
hea - milk
heb - ?
B - none/cuppa tea
L - pasta n sauce,tuna
D - not sure....roasted butternut squash and something else!
:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
Was 11 st 5,now 10 st 7,would like to be....9 stone0 -
Do you think I can have one 35g ryvita goodness bar instead of two 23g bars as a healthy extra? The 35g bar has the same ingredients and works out to 5.5 syns.
Btw - I've already eaten it!:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p

what about just throwing some jackets in and getting o/h to pop and get a cooked hot chicken from tesco and packet of salad ,all free on e/e , hope you feel better soon , peachyxx0 -
just been on ive put in 18 items for £61 and , thats chicken ,burgers ,sausages, pork steaks and there ment to be syn free and you can freeze them , if i order the min of 8 packs i still have to pay the £6.99 delivery on top , so if i order £59 i'm getting two packs free , plus a half full freezer all i have to get is veg, salad ,pasta ,potatoes , fish ,fruit from the supermarket.
I hav'nt ordered them yet , what do you all think
Sounds good to me! If you can afford it go on - you know you want to!:beer:When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Hi guys
Got a bit of a ticking off today from a friend when I said I haven't set a target for my weight loss... kind of wondering whether I should set one now. It was far far too scary when I started (17st) But now I'm under 12st I think maybe I could think about it after all... just wondering if people who have targets find them helpful or a bit or a hurdle???0 -
Well done sw_mina!! Thats a fantastic weight loss - I'm sure you're well proud of yourself! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T
My target weight is 11st, and I'm just over 14st now, so I find that having a target to work towards is a postive thing. I have passed the half way point of my weight loss, and that gives me a boost to know that I am ever closer to my target. I think if I didn't have a target, I would be inclined to say 'Oh, maybe I'm fine for the moment' I could slip too easily!"The most wasted of all days is one without laughter" ~ E.E.Cummings :rotfl:0
