Hi everyone, and firstly I have officially lost weight. They weighed me in the hospital and I have lost - can't remember how many kilos they said - kilos mean nothing to me! The Hospital Consultant was really impressed, hope the one I saw originally and have to see end of next month will be as well.
Skinny - I weighed myself before going to class this week and honestly thought I hadn't lost anything. I weighed in class and had lost 2.5 lbs. I am far too old for totm to be an reason. So don't worry.
Eric - I am so glad I am past the exam stage. I can remember all the worry swotting and revising and the nerves when I went in. I did a gcse a couple of years ago and enjoyed doing it as it was for pleasure not necessity. Pressure was off.
Skint Catt - love the description of your husband - I own up I had a lovely giggle. I bet he's gorgeous in real life.
Someone on here was saying about putting mayo etc with quark. Well, I was thinking about that. Now I love swede mashed with black pepper and butter. I hasten to add I haven't had any butter for months but do miss it. So I wondered and put some quark (about a teaspoonful) in with the black pepper and swede and mashed it all together. You couldn't taste the quark but the mash was delicious - much nicer than just swede and pepper.
So thanks to whoever gave me the idea.
Congrats to all of you who have lost weight :T :T and congrats to those who have stuck to the eating plan and haven't lost as I think that it is then so much more difficult to keep going :T :T :T"Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh" Cerys Matthews0 -

Joe's sausages???
Please tell me more..just looked at their website and sounds great loads of produces syn free...which shops stock them or do you have to order direct??
Ooooo they are scrummy, you order direct, if you go to a group theough it's worth mentioning them there and maybe go togther and each individual order 1-2 packs other wise you have a miniumu delivery of 8 packs and £6.99 delivery or free del over £59 I think but check it out.
I've so far tried olde english - lovely,
pork and tomatoe- lovlier still :-)
and the beef steaks (nice but I'd prefer a lean noraml steak I think ) so I will stick to the sausages themselves :-)
Enjoy !
BBDebt free HOORAY !:T :A Years from now it won't matter what kind of car we drove, what kind of house we lived in, how much money we had in the bank, nor what our clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, we were important in the lives of our children.0 -

Our weight vary every day (especially for women), different scales weight different, the time of the day counts too! Are you sure you are eating enough - if you are not that will also prevent your weight loss. If you are sure you are doing everything right then just relax. If you have gained weight - so what - it will come off the following week. Who cares what people think - s*d them! The only thing that can stop you losing weight is you! Consider this a formal kick up the bum!:rotfl:

Hi there everyone. I lasted posted a comment months ago, and hadn't been on the pooter since. I am still a member of SW, and so far (since 1st May 2008) I have lost 5st 51/2lbs! (I was 2lbs away from my 6st award but then Christmas went and interuppted me....)
I was quite disheartened to have gained 6lb over the festive period  but hey, nobody forced those mince pies and turkey sarnies down my throat so I only have myself to blame!!
I ran as fast as I could, and managed to jump back on the wagonso I'm hoping for good news tomorrow nite.
Good luck and well done to everyone xx"The most wasted of all days is one without laughter" ~ E.E.Cummings :rotfl:0
