Hi Charlton - I agree with trying to find a local Slimming World Group. You will probably have a fairly significant loss in the first week say 3-5lbs but then will lose a healthy and steady 1-2lbs per week. which would only take you a few months to get to your target weight. Also feel free to come in here and quiz us whenever you want, you are more than welcome.:)

Jemma - glad you are feeling optimistic today and have jumped straight back on the 'plan'.

Catt - What about just having scrambled egg, and the fruit and yoghurt...might be a bit more filling than just fruit and yog. You would be less tempted to stray later:)

I been very good today - I had OatsO Simple for brekkie, and a snack of a banana and clementine. I have just had a big Jacket potato with cheese and beans for lunch, off to make a cuppa now (well in a mo as it hinders iron absorbsion so have to leave it a while after eating:()

    Mel x

All the 'normal' fruit ones (plus toffee and vanilla) i.e. ones without 'layers'. I believe the ones with 'bits' in like Lemon Cheesecake have low syns and are not free either.

The chocolate orange and the chocolate vanilla are also free. The chocolate and black cherry is 2syns.

Catt , Yes my OH is about that weight and height, he’s really slim except for a stomach he can’t get rid of. He doesn’t drink much so it’s not beer, he runs 5 x weekly between 3-5 hours and he works out 2-4 times a week with weights, also some boxing. He diets and the weight just comes off his legs and bum! Just can’t get rid of the tummy!

Lol, my OH's got a tummy too but that most definately is from whiskey and wine (doesn't drink beer often)! He's got chicken legs and Popeye arms from playing drums :rotfl:

I am off to weigh in to wi tonight and like a few other have had a quick peek this morning at the scales and just not moved. In the last 2 weeks i have put on a total of 2 pounds. I have been sticking to the diet completely especially as i havent bought any biscuits or chocolate (my weaknesses) so just cant see why its not going in the right direction. Fingers crossed for tonight but it looks like another gain for me

I hope it goes well for you, but even if you don't loose you are still eating really healthily and your body will thank you, maybe not this week but soon!
Also try not to put to much thought on home scales, they are notoriously rubbish!

Then i forth week when i came into get weighed i lost 4lb :j :j :j :j :j :j and that was the start for me and i went on to get to target and apart from little gains 4lb to 5lb pounds for xmas or holiday , i put my focuse head on and it go's , i don't think of it as being on a diet , i do it for my health , peachy xxx

Well today i'm on E/E again , and i don't feel hungry , just made myself eat my brekkie - wholemeal toast ( h/b) bacon ,toms, egg
nice big cup of tea (h/a)
    don't know yet

roast chicken dinner or curry pasta
Ive got work tonight start at 10 till 6 in the morning , so mite take pasta into work , i work in a bakery , making doughnuts , cookies lots of cakes , its the smell of the tiger bread that gets me , and if i really have to have a tiger roll ,i put it though the bread machine and cut it into little slices :p and eat one little slice and throw the rest away , it helps me think i'm not going without .

Just thought breakfast quiche and i can have the rest tomorrow cold with salad:smiley:
