Can't decide what to have for lunch. Red day. Have two cooked sausages, but don't really want to use HEb if I can help it (was thinking of sausage and egg sarnie). Might just have to be fruit and yoghurt which means I'll be STARVING by 6pm  (danger time!!!!!)

I am firmly back on plan today, and not feeling resentful of it at all after my blowout yesterday which just didn't taste nice lol!
Haven't eaten breakfast yet... only just got up hahaha I can't fight the negative student image letting that one slip!!
I'm HOPING I am going to have that spinach cannelloni for tea but only if I can find the quark, if not I will have chicken and bacon pasta.
Lunch will probably be a jacket potato and beans.
And lots of apples, clementines and grapes and a couple of Mullers!

I'm also going to stop getting down about the weight that was shown on the scales. They were proper scales, and were probably just showing my real weight, and so I nay have lost weight last week, but started from a higher point. I will probably wait another week or maybe 2 before I try again :j

Hello, I’m new to this thread and have been “dieting” on and off for almost 25 years though for the last few years I gave it up as a lost cause! I know all about dieting but can’t keep to them.

Anyway, although I’ve done SW before I heard about the EE plan and have lost 5lb in my first week. Can you stay on this EE plan indefinitely or is it just for new recruits to get started?

Also, I’ve never eaten dairy so have to omit the HEa which I’m a bit concerned about, think I got my calcium from choc bars!

    Charlton – I really don’t think 12st 5lb is heavy for a man (unless you’re a 3ft tall).

You’d probably lose weight easily by cutting out your weakness, you know what it is – chocolate, beer, crisps, takeaway? People who’ve never dieted do very well as their body hasn’t yo-yo’d up and down like on/off dieters.

tiamaria - its not a new starter plan - its just another to add to Original/Green/mix to Max and Success Express. You can do as many or as few a week as you want to either just doing EE or combining with any or all of the other four!

In fact I might turn today into an EE day - then I can have my pasta, beans and cheese for lunch and my casserole AND jacket potato tonight will be free! :j

True. my OH is 5'8" (not that I believe him!) and just under 13 stone. He easily loses half a stone when he cuts out alcohol and does some walking with me (doesn't have a choice now he's signed up for the 26mile moonwalk!) :rotfl:
