LOL, i actually quite liked it with the jelly underneath - a bit like a trifle! :j

I havent made the mouse but have made traffic light jelly where I have I bought the strawberry, lime/lemon and orange hartley sugar free jelly granuals. I made the lemon/lime first, let that set then the orange, let that set then the strawberry. I made it in really small pots for the perfect small sweet treat. The pots I used had lids which meant it was easy to take with me to work.

I think the satchets I used had a syn value but I cant remember how many! You can have a tin of fruit cocktail as a HEB option so if you stuck that in the bottom of the bowl / or small pot, made the jelly, let that set and then added a greek 0% yogurt (stirred through with some canderel) perhaps with a low fat custard pot as well (about 6 syns??? for the small ambrosia low fat version) then with a treatsize flake sprinkled over the top, you would have a yummy desert which when shared say between 4 people would not be too many syns :D

I cant make up my mind what I am having today despite having a plan all drawn up !

I am meant to be having egg and soldiers for breakfast [still like the sound of this so might still have]
followed by frozen red fruit and a mullerlight [edit not keen at the moment]

lunch Jacket Potato and Tuna [edit might have JP and prawns]

Tea was meant to be noodles with beef strips, peppers and sweetcorn! but I have been invited to a dinner party where on offer is beef steak ?pie? or lasagne and veggies! I wonder if anyone would notice if I just put veggies on my plate! :rotfl: I am thinking the better option would be the lasage or the beef steak pie thing minus the pastry!

Last time I am sure pudding was a fruit salad so that will be fine as long as i resist the clotted cream and the cheese and biscuits post meal!!!

Have you tried the cheese ones - they are nicer, not dry at all - the normal ones are a bit fry but the tom and basil and the cheese ones are ok.

The peppered steaks are like cardboard tho - wouldnt recommend them!

no, haven't tried them because they're not free! I quite like the peppered steaks! LOL

good luck - I am sure you'll cope. The inside of the pie with veg sounds a brill compromise. Have some fruit to fill up before you go and then apologise you can't eat everything, though it is delicious, as you have a bit of a jippy tummy.:rotfl:

Well, I am thrilled to report that my :heartpuls valentines challenge :heartpuls is well underway with a loss of 1.5 lb :j :D :j:D :j :D :j

....which for me is a really big deal!

The week ahead will be standard plan (ie red or green days) but keeping to the principle of 2/3 superfree :A ... This week I am aiming for the same loss again (or even more!)

Have a great week everyone :T

Hi Angie loves veg :jWELL DONE YOU:j
Thats absolutely fantastic. Your commitment to the plan is very inspirational and its fab that you share your menus!

You should feel rightly proud of yourself and I think you would make a fab SW consultant :j:D:j

My consultant has announced tonight that she's quitting. :(

Next week is her final week.

The group will continue using relief consultants, it will be hard finding someone to run ours. Certainly nobody in the group would do it. So we will get different consultants pretty much every week as it's shared on a rota.

My consultant was fantastic, it's a real shame she's going. I've lost 4 stone since September with her. :(

I will see how things go but I will probably have to find a different group. It's not really possible to get the proper support with a "guest" consultant every week, it won't be the same.

That is so hard having your consultant leave:eek: I would also find it hard to get committed to the plan when there is a different consultant all the time! Luckily you have us here to act as "stand in consultants" till you get a permanent one of your own!:D;)

well breakfast has been munched including 3 slices of toasted weight watchers brown danish bread as my HEB. I spread marmite on top and dipped it into 3 boiled eggs :D

I have also had a mullerlight chocolate and orange yogurt (free) and an alpen light choc fudge bar (will syn this (3) as already used my HEB and am intending to try to stick to extra easy today :A (apart from the dinner party)

Off now to stick my nose in a book and begin my studying which I have put off for too long! Exam is in less than four months:eek:!! LATER :D
