just been on ive put in 18 items for £61 and , thats chicken ,burgers ,sausages, pork steaks and there ment to be syn free and you can freeze them , if i order the min of 8 packs i still have to pay the £6.99 delivery on top , so if i order £59 i'm getting two packs free , plus a half full freezer all i have to get is veg, salad ,pasta ,potatoes , fish ,fruit from the supermarket.
I hav'nt ordered them yet , what do you all think
I was planning on doing a similar thing, in a month or so, that way I can have some syn free BBQ's with something other than chicken:cool:
The only other option is whether you know anyone who would maybe go halves on an order with you, so you don't have to fork out so much in one go;)

Hi there everyone. I lasted posted a comment months ago, and hadn't been on the pooter since. I am still a member of SW, and so far (since 1st May 2008) I have lost 5st 51/2lbs! (I was 2lbs away from my 6st award but then Christmas went and interuppted me....)
I was quite disheartened to have gained 6lb over the festive period  but hey, nobody forced those mince pies and turkey sarnies down my throat so I only have myself to blame!!
I ran as fast as I could, and managed to jump back on the wagonso I'm hoping for good news tomorrow nite.
Good luck and well done to everyone xx
WOW:T:T:T:T:T:T What a fantastic weight loss. How far are you from target??? I wouldn't worry about that 6lb gain, you will have that off in no time at all, you are obviously very committed:A....and welcome back.

Thanks so much skint_catt and Mel! I wouldn't have posted this before my loss, but I WAS 19st 81/2lbs.... and I am now 14 st 3lbs (I was 13st 11lbs before said slip-up lol)
My target at the minute is 11st so I still have a good way to go yet. But 8 months in and I am STILL gobsmacked at the amout you can eat. Only yesterday I had 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon and 3 crackerbread (red) and felt guilty!!! I have to keep reminding myself that its ok to do that - AND still lose weight!

well done furr that is an amazing loss! you should be at target in no time an inspiration to me just starting that this really does work.0

Thanks skinny-on-the-inside! It really does work. I was SO sceptical at the start because I had tried Weight Watchers, Unislim, you name it, and I never really got very far. I always had it in the back of my mind that I 'wasn't allowed' certain foods, and therefore I craved these.
It is amazing how much weight I've lost, and in 8 short months too. I get alot of mums at the school saying that I look great, and that I have lost stacks of weight and instead of saying 'Really? Do you think so?', I am saying 'Yeah, I know - I can hardly believe it myself!' :j
The plan is easy to follow (ok, so giving up vast amounts of cereal and bread was tough at the start), I am NEVER hungry, and I hardly recognise myself when I look in the mirror. Not only has my appearance been changed, but my health had greatly improved, and I have TONS more confidence now. I don't mean to sound like I'm bumming and blowing about myself, but why the fla not!! :rotfl:
