Well done sw_mina!! Thats a fantastic weight loss - I'm sure you're well proud of yourself! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T
My target weight is 11st, and I'm just over 14st now, so I find that having a target to work towards is a postive thing. I have passed the half way point of my weight loss, and that gives me a boost to know that I am ever closer to my target. I think if I didn't have a target, I would be inclined to say 'Oh, maybe I'm fine for the moment' I could slip too easily!
Hi Furr - you've done so well, it's amazing! I'm sure you'll get that target. I think I did sort of have 12st in my mind as a target and that was a long shot - my friend was cross because she thought I'd keep going until I was t0o slim! (Ummm... not likely...) Did you consultant help you set a target or did you choose what you're comfortable with?

Hi guys
Got a bit of a ticking off today from a friend when I said I haven't set a target for my weight loss... kind of wondering whether I should set one now. It was far far too scary when I started (17st) But now I'm under 12st I think maybe I could think about it after all... just wondering if people who have targets find them helpful or a bit or a hurdle???0 -

Is anybody else feeling a bit "stodged" on EE?
I feel a real bloater today and am sticking to EE religiously. I feel like I've eaten a huge 4 course meal and I havent. Just had small jacket potato, 2 quorn sausages and baked beans. Yesterday I did pasta for lunch and wondering if it was that.I am dreading going tomorrow night to Weigh In.

Here is my plan for the day, I have just had my breakfast and am stuffed, can't believe how filling it is - and all free on SW!:T:T
Breakfast - HM blueberry rice plus a couple of nectarines (free)
Lunch HM celery soup with wholemeal ham roll with mustard (free,heb,1syn)
Dinner - pork steak, jacket potato, baked beans, glass of red wine (free, free, free, 6 syns)
Snacks throughout the day will be coffee (hea for milk) and scan bran cakes (6 syns)
Thats all folks!
Love
Hi all
I was wondering what the HM blueberry rice is and how to make it, any help will be really good.
Thanks xx0 -
sw_mina - I chose my target weight myself. I suppose if I ever (ha!) get down to 11st, I will probably decide to go another 1/2st, but I came up with 11st cos that is the top end of my ideal weight for my height (5'6)
I reckon the last stone will probably be the hardest to get off - it usually is, isn't it??
Anyway, good luck xx"The most wasted of all days is one without laughter" ~ E.E.Cummings :rotfl:0 -

I like a warm/hot cereal in the morning and since I have switched to the EE plan on SW I only have 1 HEB to use during the day. If I have cereal in the morning thats it gone:mad:
So I gave this a try and really like it - I vary it from day to day, for instance today I had blueberry and tomorrow probably rhubarb:j
Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW so can be made any time you fancy it really!
MarionWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Thanks i am gonna try this tomoz will let you all know how it goes
