    Thank you thank you thank you! I've been sat here worrying about it! My second WI tomorrow. I really hope i've lost. I went on the Wiifit earlier and it said I was the same! Oh dear. My advisor lady was a bit 'disapointed' with a lady who gained .05 pound last week...

  • Having a green day today....going well....i think
    Tomorrow i am going to have ( green day again )

    Breakfast -fruit and fibre and milk ( heb + hea)
    snack - banana + Tea
    Lunch - Baked beans and Toast - Free + heb
    snack - muller light
    glasses of water all day as well
    Dinner - Chilli and Rice ( free ? )
    chilli made with Quorn mince,onion,red pepper, chilli powder, tin tomatoes,tin kidney beans)
    Am i correct so far ? The chilli tastes lovely hard to believ its all free food...
    think i may be getting the hang of this slimming world.....at last
    I get weighed tomorrow....so here's hoping.....

    Surely she shouldn't be disappointed, she should be reviewing her food and advising her how she could make changes or where she might be goin wrong?? ie supportive not critical:confused:

  • I think for me anyway the thing is planning my meals the day before...i used to just eat whatever during the day and then tally up my syns and hea's etc at the end of the day and hope for the best.....lol
    i love bread and potatoes, could i have baked potato and beans for lunch tomorrow and that would leave me a HEB....? as potatoes are free on green ?

    Yes, thats right. You have another HEa to use too so you could have 28g cheese/42g reduced fat cheese on top of that!

    Hi there. No, I didn't work it out by BMI, I don't understand that at all!! I just looked it up in a book and it said (I think!) that the ideal weight for my height (5'6) should range between 10 and 11st. So naturally I chose the higher of the two as my target cos it seemed more attainable at the time! Will let you all know how I get on at my WI tomorrow night - fingers crossed! :rolleyes:
