    whats a star week?
    Time of the month ;)

This is nice, relatively quick and very filling:-

    Brunch Pie
Wow that sounds pretty tasty, I might give that a go! Do you find people loose weight eating food like that? I am still thinking the principle of needing modest meals!

And I am a fan of many different types of pasta, because sometimes you just fancy a change! I cooked the most delicious pasta shells in tomato sauce with bacon spinach and chicken all baked in the oven with cheese on top and it was seriously tasty, so having that for tea again.

you asked for a Potato & leek soup receipe

I've just had mine for my lunch

    3 leeks sliced
    3 large potaotes cubed
    1 stick celery sliced
celery salt ( I don't bother with this)
    mixed herbs
    salt & pepper to taste
    2 pints water

slice/ cube the potatoes, celery and leeks - put in a pan with 1/2 pint of water & simmer for 10 mins. add the rest of the water, herbs, season to taste. Cook for another twenty minutes with the lid off. Allow to cool. Blend. Reheat when ready to eat.

all free on a green day :T :T

Just one more question : Would it make any difference if I used stock instead of water or is there enough flavour there?

HEE HEE:D:j It is good isn't it! Yes I had some cold but it will thicken up quite a bit. Give it a good stir then put another yogurt over the top - lovely!:j:j
