Hi everyone - there are some fab losses being reported this week - well done everyone, it can be easy by the end of January to lose our motivation as the weight comes off just a bit slower, but lets keep posting and supporting!! :j :j :j
I am having a Red day today, trying to get lots of extra superfree foods in - I aim for 2/3 of my total food, but that may be stretching it a bit today
B 0% greek yog with blueberries and banana, sweetner (all superfree), tea using milk from (HA)
L Big brunch sandwich made with 2 slices w/m bread (HB), tesco rf egg mayo (superfree), lean bacon (free), morrisons sausage (free) and sliced tomato all with a salad on the side (superfree). muller choccy yog (superfree!) after
D whoopsied fillet steak (both cheap and free!!!!) with SW chips (skin on - HB), large rocket salad dressed in balsamic (superfree) with a bit of parmesan over (part of HA)
All of the above has ZERO syns  so plenty for a friday night shared bottle of Shiraz (12 syns) with no guilt! :A0 -
Just another thought, but yesterday I made the most fabulous mousse using orange jelly (2 syns) and a muller choc orange yog...
Chocolate Orange Mousse 2 syns for the whole mousse!
Make up an orange jelly sachet using 1/2 the recommended water, put in the fridge until cold, but not set. Using an electric whisk, I put the jelly in a large bowl and whisked it until light and airy, kept whisking while adding the yogurt in 2 or 3 stages, initially it is liquid with bubbles on top, but it starts to come together, trebles in volume, and becomes thick airy and creamy
pour it into whatever you want to serve it in, and chill til ready.
2 syns the lot made as above .... but I will make it again and add some tinned mandarins on the top once it has set to make it look posher (something to take to class tasting next week!) and still only 4 syns the lot!!!0 -

I bet you've got fab legs,btw;)
Yes, the 50% extra free!
Not on your nelly - my legs are horrible - I've worn a skirt once in the time OH and I have been together (nearly 2.5years) and that was for fancy dress. OH's a leg man so can't quite understand why he's with me!0 -

Well done on all the fab losses :j. I had WI last night and managed to shift 1/2 lb which was a bit measly but a loss is a loss, or so they say. I have to admit to being disappointed, I said I could've peed more thatn 1/2 lb but hopefully I'm set up for a good loss next week.
Could someone check my meal plan to make sure all's ok. My consultant has suggested that I don't eat enough. I've kind of got into a routine with things and also thought I'd just check I'd not got into the habit of doing something wrong without realising IYSWIM.
Plan for today: RED
Brekkie: Apple, Banana and Muller ( free) Coffee ( milk from HEA allowance)
Lunch: HM Butternut Squash soup ( virtually free, used a stock cube but enough for about 10 servings!) 3 x Organic Finn Crisp Crispbread (HEB) topped with lean ham ( free) Muller 2 x fresh apricots
Dinner: Stir fry, with chicken/peppers/beansprouts/shredded cabbage/onion and any other veg that doesn't manage to escape my clutches! (All free) prob have fruit for afters.
