My consultant gave full details of the plan two weeks ago, and said it was being released early to existing members so we could use it through Christmas, but that once the new magazine was out it would be "public".

A big "up" for my consultant incidentally, Elise from Gorton (Manchester) group (incidentally one of the Gorton members has a recipe in the latest magazine supplement), Elise is great and thanks to her I have lost three stone seven pounds since September 6th this year.
Hi there Dux I have pm'd you,I am desperate to sort my weight out and need help.

I would do number 1...don't punish yourself. SW allows for flexible days...as long as you jump back onto the healthy eating plan after, you should be ok :)

It is when one unlimited syn day turns into another....and another....and another...you need to show who's boss!

Enjoy the pasty and buffet :j

p.s I find drinking a pint of water before each meal helps me from overeating

    HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL :)

I have had a weight gain of almost half a stone in 2 weeks. Today is the first day ive (tried) to follow the plan since before xmas but I will shortly have gone over my syns for today (if I havent already) as Ive had 3 syns of sweet chilli sauce, a treat size crunchie (4 syns) a large 250 ml glass of wine (at least 8 syns), more sweet chilli sauce (3 syns), 2 meringues - 5 syns, an unmeasured malibu and coke (call it 3.5 syns) plus all the alcohol im going to consume later......

so after weigh in yesterday, I was going to try and get back on plan but I have two more social events (Friday - home made pastys) and Saturday - family buffet.

    Do I

    (1) stick to plan 100% eitherside of these days and just eat my pasty on friday and eat what I want at the buffet or do I

    (2) not have a pasty and eat SW friendly food before I go and munch just the salad items at the buffet?

    what would you do?

  • Well done Angie. That's fantastic news and a brilliant way of starting the New Year!
I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
    I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care
