I'm very pleased with myself, I ate everything I planned too and feel stuffed as a parrot now and very satisfied :)

I was wondering, I assume the new EE plan can be followed on alternate days with the green and red plan? for instance EE one day, green the next and so on?

Yes I asked my consultant the same question...in fact you could do

    Mon - Red Day
    Tues - Green Day
    Wed - Mix2Match
    Thurs - Success Express
    Fri - Extra Easy

Mind you..think I will just stick to EE and Green :rotfl:
    My brain couldn't cope

Right - here is my eating plan for the day - I have been so good since Boxing Day (New Years Eve does not count:rotfl:) I am doing the extra easy plan on SW

Breakfast - fresh fruit salad with yogurt and 5 scan brans (free+2.5 syns)

Lunch - Spanish ommelette with slice ham and roasted peppers using 1 tblsp oil (free+ heb)

Dinner - Vegetable & ham rice with parmeson cheese (free+hea)

    snacks - satsumas, mullerlite tonight
When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!
  • Today is going to be tricky for me - we are staying at friends tonight, and going on experience of the last 6 years, we all eat too much, rich, fab food, and drink (waaaay) too much.

They also have repeatedly tried to damage any of our weight loss efforts (which is a real shame) as they believe 'diets don't work' (for them anyway!) and they feel a need to prove it..... there was the day we were following WW (counting points) and they made lasagne with 1lb meat, 1lb cheese and 1lb lasagne - they forgot the salad :rotfl: it was almost funny.

anyhoo - the best way to deal with this is damage limitation - so I am keeping today (the part I am in control of) as superfree (neither red nor green, giving as much flexibility for tonight) as possible, then will go with the flow tonight - you never know, they might be on a health kick :rotfl: :rotfl:

    B muller and apple
    tea, 500ml water
snack on at least 1 piece of fruit
L poached eggs and grilled tomatoes on toast (HB), at least 1 piece of fruit, water
snack on another piece of fruit and another bottle of water
  • amended already lol!

Lunch - I decided to save my HB, and opted for a free on red turkey breast and lean ham, with 2/3 of my plate as lettuce, toms, celery, cucumber, carrot and spring onions. water to drink and a clementine for afters

This means that today is either red or mix 2 max, with both B's and 1 A (other used for milk in tea etc) available for the unknown tonight.... :D
