  • Oops - it would appear that OH and I drank a fair bit last night..... there were too many bottles on the side this morning. my head hurts. Having a 6 year old is usually enough to stop me drinking like that - they get up too early :o

I'm gonna have to be a good girl if I want to wear that dress again lol!

    Happy new Year everyone.

plan: EE day today. lots of water. no alcohol. my pooooor liver.

B muller, milk in tea (HA)
L roast turkey, potatoes, lots of veg
D cold turkey sandwich? (bread = B) or I'll do a bubble and squeak with any lunch leftovers.....

Good morning everyone - hope the New Year has started well for everyone. I had a good time at home last night with family. We did a buffet with plenty of syns and we all ate too much and drank too much and had a great time. We put on the Mama Mia dvd with the song words subtitles and had a great sing and dance along:j:beer::T

But I am now finished with the celebrations, it was nice while it lasted, however in all honesty I am looking forward to getting back to plan and structuring my eating better!

    Today I am having:

Breakfast: egg on toast with sliced gammon - (free, heb, free)

Lunch - Roast beef, jacket potato, carrots, cauliflower, yorkshire pud & a dribble of gravy - (free + 6 syns)

Dinner - a bit of leftover SW meatloaf from the freezer served with any left over veg from lunch. Slice of apple pie with icecream:o - 15 syns estimated?

The syns sound a little high but I am allowed 20 a day since I still have a lot to lose. I don't normally use them all although my consultant is always telling me to do so! That pie is the last piece of Christmassy food left in the house so I might as well clear it out now so it won't be calling out to me everytime I walk past the freezer:D

Happy New Year everyone! Quiet one last night, not much (alcohol) consumed just Diet Coke and gave the nibbles a miss at 11pm. Just waiting for OH to arrive now, though I think he may have had a bit to drink so I might be waiting a while

Looking forward to getting on plan on Monday (well Tuesday technically as my new class is a Monday night) but enjoying eating lovely fresh unsliced bread with real butter at the mo. Don't normally worry, but because I know I won't be having it again for many months it does taste good! :o

Good morning and Happy New Year everyone.

I feel a bit rubbish this afternoon as I didnt get to bed until 2am! oh well its not like it happens every day!

I've made a good start though food wise and today am having....

B - weetabix with low fat yoghurt and mango slices
L - Baked spud with beans and cheese and a side salad
D - Quorn sauages with mash, veg and a little gravy.

A nice green day to get me back in to the swing of things. I worked out this morning I have 34lb to lose so I'd better get cracking!

Edit - I almost forgot I'm having milk in tea during the day and will have a couple of slices of toast later as another HEB!

  • Happy New Year!
I'm afraid I've struggled to get back into the swing of SW since having food poisoning in November, but I've only put 4lbs back on since then.
Anyway, am I allowed to ask someone to PM me the password on this new thread?
    Thanks in advance
