    Go angie! :j :j

I tried to make the muller/jelly mousse this morning but not only did it splatter everywhere (I'm new to this blending lark - Xmas pressie!) but I couldn't get it fluffy. Gave up in the end, but looking at it in the fridge now it's separated - there's half jelly underneath (set I think!) and half mousse on top. What did I do wrong??? :(

Don't worry - I can see the thread is quiet tonight! I will try again, but just wondered if I'd done something wrong!

Never done this myself, but people at group talk about letting the jelly get a little bit set before blending with the muller as otherwise the yogurt and jelly have different densities and split...???:confused:
  • Does anyone know if all the schwartz type seasonings are free? I think the pilau rice seasoning has syns, but I'm not sure about the cajun one.

Today was going brilliantly until 3 custard creams, 1 v small glass of wine and a mini bag of malteasers all crossed my lips. I keep thinking I've missed somethnig out as well....[Edit] Oh and a large southern comfort and coke. Bum!

Oh well, I can be properly good tomorrow.
