Have to say, on EE, I'm finding I don't use my syns as much, I'm having around 5-10 a day but apart from my syn fest yesterday, I've not felt the need to have them and definitely haven't had the days where I've suddenly felt full of guilt because I've had 20-25 syns (or more :o )

That made me feel so hungry and I have little to nothing in house atm as its rent day tomorrow :rotfl: As long as your sausages are free or really low syn, nothing you have mentioned is away from the plan. It is a culture shock as you are allowing yourself to eat till you are full rather then following maybe a calorie or point diet where if you blow your points by lunchtime you are screwed :)
Ossioro (name prob wrong - sorry :o ) - thanks for that yogurt list you posted, where did you get it from please? [edit found it on website] Its just that the yogurts I get from Aldi (with wholegrains) seem to have changed from free to 2.5 syns (they are 250g pots) and I will need to tell my group as I have recommended them there before.. [edit - i have printed it out and will take it to class tonight!]

Its scary that stuff that can change to be syns .. I vaguely remember back in the day that campbells meatballs were free .. used to eat a lot of the darn things .. think they are about 6 syns now lol. I am trying to mention stuff I come across on the site when I find it, as I seem to come across things at random (then usually cant find them again!) :rotfl:

I think I've been having too much milk as a HEA
I've been having 250mls semi skimmed approx. because that is how much fits into my cup, is it only 200ml we're allowed?
I measured the milk once on my cereal, and just heated up some milk in a cup and poured it over and there was huge amounts there.. oops! So i poured some of it away but hope I don't have to start my nightly HEa hot chocolate higher :o

    Me too hehe :rotfl:

Semi skimmed is 250 ml and skimmed 350 ml I believe.

For those that eat Quorn, I went to FarmFoods today and it is 1.25p a pack for sausages so thats at least 25p cheaper than supermarkets and the other Quorn stuff was about the same saving too.

Went on the real scales at the gym today, turns out I've lost max. 1lb when the other scales said 3. I will carry on only using these scales though so it's more accurate how much I've lost. and im stressed and feel horrible so I am off to get some crunchy nut cornflakes.

    Hello slim people!;) :j

Popped in to say I'm still doing EE (Weigh in on Thurs).

Just had a nice quick lunch.

Cooked some pasta with a few frozen peas, chopped up a spring onion, small can of tuna, some tinned sweetcorn and a hard boiled egg chopped up.
Mixed it all together, added some pepper and it was lovely. It was also FREE!:j Had some grapes and a banana for pud - also FREE:j

It was much more satisfying than a sandwich or bag of something! In fact, not sure if I'll have room for my dinner tonight - which will be homemade Cottage Pie (extra lean mince, onions, few peas, carrots etc with mashed swede on top.)

I am hoping to lose at least a pound this week.

Peachyest - wouldn't spag bol be FREE if you did it yourself (on EE)

Pasta, bit of lean mice, tomatoes, herbs, S & P, onion, garlic etc?

10.5 syns is a lot isn't it? PS I'm not criticising your culinary skills, just thinking aloud.;)

    Hands off my dinner!!!!!:p
