Arggh I am not having a good day today.
Woke up really really hungry and haven't been able to shift the hunger, and I can't drink too much water because I have an exam at 2 and I can't be getting up every 5 mins to go to the loo!
I really fancy beans on toast for lunch, I am so tempted to go 'sod it' and have it >=( but I have already had a HEb today, and if I am doing EE that's that out the window.
I jut never wanna have a jacket potato again at the moment, had atleast one a day for the last 10 days!!

Looking at mine, they have vegetable oil listed, but nothing about hydrogenated?

Thanks Catt:A - I will definitely try and get hold of some of those then.:D

dlb - Thanks for the reply, I was just curious as to how many do stay once they are at target. I am looking forward to joining in March, but may only be able to keep going for 9mths because when I return to work the classes clash with my working day. Although there is one session that starts at 12.30pm and my lunch is at 1pm so I may be able to run around the corner and join in!!

Could this be down to stress, I always eat looooooads when I am stressed. Whenever I am studying I find myself constantly looking for something to eat too:confused:

Are you able to adapt your day so it is a green to allow you to have your 2nd HEb

Good luck with the exam, what is it in?

Just have a flexible day then - give yourself 30 syns or whatever, keep counting and stay within it, then a normal SW day tomorrow and thereafter! :j

I had a lovely weekend. We had our Silver Wedding 'do' on Saturday and had lots of lovely food (definietely not SW) and even more lovely drink. I got lots of compliments on my appearance which was nice ( before you ask I did NOT wear the wedding dress!) and hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
I had a hosp appointment yesterday and got weighed there, according to their scales I was 2lbs lighter which would be fantastic but my SW WI isn't till Thursday and I know all scales are different so I'd best not get my hopes up.
I've just thought wheres Rob, I don't recall reading a post from him lately, or did I just miss it?
