Hi jemma i was at target when i went to class before i moved and that was 9,4lb ,but i wanted to go lower to give myself a bit of room , so i weighed myself at boots and got down to 8st,10lb , then it went back up to 9,1lb , i hav'nt been for a while so i don't know what i am now , but iv'e still watched what iv'e eaton really and i'm still in my clothes , so i think its about 4lb to 5lb , won't know until monday , but the first thing i'll do is put my weight on here so i can stay focused

That's still a huge loss! I'd quite like to be 8st 10 even being as small as I am!
This site is really good actually! I like how it's one big thread as well rather than lots of different topics. I'm sure you'll get back into it and 4-5lbs is hardly anything, you can do that in a couple of weeks!
  • wow peachyest...with all that stress u had u still managed to genrally maintain. well done u!

ive made butternut squash, sweet potato, carrot and lentil soup for the kids, well and me but im not in the mood for soup.
I fancy a quorn chicken curry, and was thinking of using the soup as a base, as its already a bit like a dhal. just wondering what i should do to it now :rotfl:
i was going to add curry powder and the quorn pieces, but not sure whether to add tomatoes or not  can anyone suggest what would make it into a scrummy syn free curry?

magicbeans i used vanillia essence and it was fab , try it with out anyway , try some mixed spice alittle or cinnamon .
