Put everything in a slow cooker and stir. Cook on low all day or on High for about 4/5 hours.
Or for a change, try the Pink Pud - it's delicious:-
Pink Pudding (Only 2 syns for the WHOLE LOT)
2 tubs quark
1 sachet sugar free jelly, preferably raspberry
¼ pt boiling water
1 bag/tub frozen raspberries, defrosted (approx 400g)
2 tbsp Splenda
Put the Quark and Splenda in a bowl. Make up the jelly with ¼ pt boiling water and add to the quark. Mix well using a stick blender if possible.
Fold in the raspberries with a metal spoon then put into serving bowls and chill until set.

Last night i dug out my old Slimming world books and got weighed today in Boots. Not happy with what the outcome was but at least I will get down to a weight I want in time for summer (fingers crossed).
Think Tuesday will be my weigh in day.
Just need to get past the " oh Im straving bit" at the start which I always feel at the start of a diet etc.Sarah, who is trying to make small changes :money:0 -

I never used to understand how people on SW could do it for ages and ages, now it doesn't bother me so much anymore.

magicbeans i used vanillia essence and it was fab , try it with out anyway , try some mixed spice alittle or cinnamon .
As for going back as many times as you like , i think you can , i've just had a big bowl of home made soup , and i havn't had my dinner yet , not hungry :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

made one fo those pasta dishes from the website...u can tell im a noob as i added WAAAAY to much sweetner and it was really GROSS! what a waste of money.....had to go out so again had a jacket and beans...soooooooooo gonna makle a huge pile of wedges tonight.....had a muller with choc ones and im so off the taste of sweetner...o no....this isnt good!! curses to pasta dish that went wrong!!:mad:0 -

No-one should be hungry on Slimming World (and its NOT a diet its a Healthy Eating plan) If you are hungry you are doing something wrong - SW is designed so you are not hungry so you don't give up yet still lose weight!
Well after my half-hearted week I maintained which is great - I was expecting a small gain! 100% planned for a green day tomorrow so really looking forward to it!
Consultant confirmed the only chocolate Muller with syns in the one with the black cherry layer (2 sysn)0 -

Well im back from group...
and iv lost the perfect pound!!!
So im dead happy after the few slip ups iv had this week.
So determind this week want to get back down to my lowest weight so far which means another 3.5lbs and todays lose means im only 11lb away from target!!!!!Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0
