Had a really rubbish day so trying to keep it together food-wise:

    Breakfast: grapes
Lunch (again at about 4pm, stupid househunting ) - Jacket potato with cottage cheese
Dinner: Cooking away now mmm. Chicken casserole (HEb) (in a tomato, carrot, mushroom and spinach sauce) with broccoli, peas and sweetcorn and roast potatoes cooked in 1TBS of olive oil (HEb)
    Muller light for after
Supper: Perhaps 2 weetabix (6 syns) with milk (HEa) + grapes + satsumas
Later: Hot chocolate (HEa + 3 syns)

    Totals to 9 syns.

I can't believe it - went to weigh in and lost another two and a half pounds - still in shock. I know I stick to the diet but thought I was levelling off with my losses. Over 1 and a half stone gone in just over 6 weeks - I am so thrilled and trust they will be pleased when I go to hospital later this week. Thank you all for the help and support you give.

  • Well today started off really good. I had porridge with water, mullerlight and blueberries for breakfast. Then had rice, lentil roast and mange tout for luch at work. Fruit as snacks throughout the day. So far so good....

Then I came home.....One cheese and tomato sandwich on white bread, one fun size bag of malteasers and another muller light.

That's all before dinner of sw roasties, lentil roast, carrots and broccoli.

I currently have scan bran brownies in the microwave in a desperate attempt to have loads of nibbly things so tomorrow goes better than today :o:eek::mad:
I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites

Chaos , don't beat yourself up over it , treat it as a little plip, and start tomorrow a fresh , do what i do ,throw some jackets in the oven and keep them in the friage, and then when your in a hurry make wedges out of them or skins or just warm them in the micro add some beans .
Get lots of predone veg in bags or salad , cook some chicken brest and bacon throw on top a warm salad , herbs are great on salads too .

Just back from weigh in - I lost, woo! But a young lass revealed that she'd been having cheese as her HEb on EE and was told that that wasn't allowed.... Now I'm confused! Didn't confess I've been doing this too. Now not sure who to believe...:confused: Is there someone in SW-central you can contact to clarify this as it's really make-or-break for me on the EE plan if I can't have cheese.
