Yes - you can swap and change as many times during the week as you like - much like the red/green days depending on what you fancy.
Looks like a good EE menu :jMFW 2010 Challenge (No 68) - £133.29/ £5000MFITT2 Challenge - (No 181) - Target Reduce mortgage to £130,000Mortgage @ 1.8.09 - £161160 :eek: @1.12.09 - £159052 :eek: @ 1.2.10 £157,3630 -

What make/brand is it? Might be lower than the below;
This is before you add milk or anything else but don't know how many pancakes you get out of 28g of mix
Basic/Non Branded Foods Pancakes, mix, dried 28g dryOriginal 4½ Syns
Green 4½ Syns

Using latter may be better if you have a measured amount of mix, measured amount of milk etc you should be able to work out the syns of the batter you make then divide it with number of pancakes you make0 -
My food for today
b: banana
l: pasta n sauce with milk (hea) and mozzarella (heb, but hea on EE!) and a orange/choccy mullerlight
d: homemade chilli chicken (chicken breast, onion, tomatoes, spices, garlic) and rice.
I had 2 small pieces of homemade cake at work today. Each piece was about 2 inches by 2 inches with a bit of frosting on top. 1 piece chocolate cake, 1 piece carrot cake. Obviously haven't a clue on the syns, but I'll count that as my 15 for the day."Stay Wonky":D
