    Hi everyone!

Ive been quite poorly for the last week (some sort of cold virus) and Ive still got a headache! Result is that I didn't do very well last week. I want to get back on track this week. Some of you do so well its inspiring! Im thinking of actually getting one of my fitness dvd's out of the cupboard and putting it in the dvd player!

If a kind person could give me this week's password I would be very grateful. I feel as though I need some green days to get going. My main problem though is the fact that I have to feed my family different things than Im eating as they are very fussy!:o

Oh peachy - my word your family have had a difficult time over the past few months. I hope your son is OK - he has (you all have:rolleyes: ) been through an emotional rollercoaster of a few months ...

Of course, it is lovely to have you back :T You seem to have stayed roughly at target over the last few months (which, given everything that has been going on, I think is WOW!), so are you staying focussed to maintain your target range, or do you have a short term goal?

You will find many of the old posters here with plenty of lovely new posters since the new year, it does get a bit busy on here some days!:rotfl:

Hi, peachy! Good to see you again! Don't forget Freecycle in your area for baby things - there's always lots of stuff going on ours!

Thanks hun, might give it a go when I do one, though doing spinach cannelloni from the website instead this week - sounds yummy!
