I did 2 days of EE last week and lost 2lb, a couple of women at group did it all week and both lost 1/2lb, it does work for differently for everyone obviously.

Maybe I ought to do the rest of the week with red or green days then, just to make sure . I must admit I don't feel any thinner, my jeans are just as tight!

I dont like the idea of doing a whole week of EE as I like having lots of HEs! I find doing EE at weekends only work well for me as then me and the OH can have meat and potatoes together plus I can have my usual pasta at lunchtime.

I do mostly green days as I love potatoes and beans, the occasional red day if we have a lot of meat in and EE at weekends, it worked last week so I hope it does this week too!

  • Thank you Liz3yy, that sounds like a great suggestion. I always struggle at the weekends to stick to either red or green.

I have a question. It says on the PDF sheets from the online version of SW that you can have "an extra serving of cheese" on a green day as a HEb.
I have always been confused whether you can only have this if your 2 HEas have been cheese, or just use it as a HEb if you want both your HEas spare?

    Confusing wording!

It means that on a green day you can have cheese as a HEb, regardless of whether or not you've had cheese as a HEa that day.

    had a nice dinner :

King Prawns , fried with fresh garlic, dried chillis , some frozen mixed peppers and sweetcorn - drizzled a little sweet chilli sauce on and made egg fried savoury rice with it yummy.

    Gotta love EE

don't blame you Catt beginning to really hate grocery shopping - between lack of stock and p**s poor management and customers walking around with their eyes closed and unaware of other human beings on the planet - it's a very frustrating experience.

Wanted to buy some bananas today and ASDA had loads and loads of them ....... and every single, last one of then bright green - not a one was remotely close to being ripe or would be for about 6 months :mad::mad: !!!!!! ?:confused:

I'm thinking of switching and buying my fruit n veg from a market instead
