King Prawns , fried with fresh garlic, dried chillis , some frozen mixed peppers and sweetcorn - drizzled a little sweet chilli sauce on and made egg fried savoury rice with it yummy.
Gotta love EE
that sounds nice. I am meant to be having chicken and rice pilaf for my tea tonight and think I might make as above

I have that horrible sick feeling in my stomach that I always get on Monday morning - thats right its weigh in day today:o I wonder if I will ever be able to approach a set of scales without feeling fearful and apprehensive:mad: I have been good all week and stuck to the plan, eating in the evenings cravings didn't hit me this week yet I am still so frightened getting weighed! I did have a big loss last week (4.5 lbs) and I have never managed to lose properly the week after a big loss so I am not expecting miracles today, but oh it would be nice:D Wish me luck everyone!
Love

Marion, I'm the same today! Lost 5lbs last week and really don't think I've lost a jot this week (was naughty at the beginning of last week and had a big meal yesterday)
Although the first time I did SW I put on in the second week for no explicable reason, but went on to lose 3.5stone! It's just that feeling, thats its only the second week in  Fingers crossed for both of us!!
