Oh peachy - my word your family have had a difficult time over the past few months. I hope your son is OK - he has (you all have:rolleyes: ) been through an emotional rollercoaster of a few months ...

Of course, it is lovely to have you back :T You seem to have stayed roughly at target over the last few months (which, given everything that has been going on, I think is WOW!), so are you staying focussed to maintain your target range, or do you have a short term goal?

You will find many of the old posters here with plenty of lovely new posters since the new year, it does get a bit busy on here some days!:rotfl:
angie loves veg , i havn't weighted myself since before xmas so i don't know my weight , but i will go into boots and find out and promise to let everyone know , that way i can stay focused , i don't feel ive put on that much  but you never know , thanks for your kind words xxx

Hi Peachy, sorry you have been through the works of late, as Angie says try Freecycle as well, they have some suprising things on there and I often see many baby things.

I am sure someone can give a better overview of the EE plan, I just look at it as your Free Food is the combined Red and Green Free list. One HEA and one HEB only per day and your normal syns of 5 to 15 a day. When you look at any syn values or recipes then you take the lowest syn value if the EE amount isnt specified. Sobasically you can have your meaty currys/chillis etc with rice/pasta. If you are making soup/stews you can have a really chunky chicken one including potatoes without limiting either. Various meats with SW chips, roasties with everything! (yes I am having a love affair with potatoes atm as a former red day only girlie hehe)
