Also exercises which target your pectoral muscles which lie underneath breast tissue will help give breasts more lift. Hope this helps, try all of the above for a month or two and i am sure you will see an improvement.
Thank you
I think part of the reason they've sagged quite a lot recently is I've been terribly lazy with exercising! And wearing a bra too big.... I found biotherm 'bust up' in TKMaxx, which is a bust firming serum, that I use daily. Don't see any improvement, but hmmm... I guess it could be worse if I wasn't using it! I have to forgive them a bit - they've lost ten inches in a year - it's just a bit frustrating!0 -
Mmmm egg yolk I like that too!
I went to get my spaghetti for tonight, and was going to use an egg from someone else. Then I went to sainsburys and dithered over buying parsley, and decided to put it back.
I get home and the lady obviously didn't scan my spaghetti, as I don't have it and it isn't on my receipt
I think it is fate telling me I won't like it, so I'm having leftovers from yesterday for dinner instead of lunch..even though there isn't that much left.
It will work with any pasta, or you could make it and serve it with some rice or SW chips - yum"Stay Wonky":D

Well I had had an interesting day, both food wise and 'other' wise....
The 'Otherwise' was that I attended a really interesting 'opportunity' meeting at a local hotel about the possibility of becoming a SW Consultant. I am very interested with following the process through after I have moved house in the summer, so a wonderfully inspiring way to spend the morning...:D
Food wise I have had another Extra Easy day using the proportion principles of success express to help my aim for my Valentine Challenge...:
B fat free fromage frais (shop had run out of 0% which is my fave) with blackberries, blueberries and a banana (all superfree) tea, (milk HA)
L spring greens (super free ingredients 2/3) soup with bacon (1/3 max) made by DH and DD for my return for the meeting - wonderful! and 2 slices of wm bread (HB)
D shepherds pie made using extra lean mince beef bulked with veg and mash potato (1/3 of plate) and lots of steamed superfree veggies (2/3). 2 profiteroles for desert (syns - must check how many! edit - 4 each, so 8 syns), a slimline tonic (free) and hopefully a small glass of wine (175 ml 6 syns).
total syns 14 today0 -

Well done Angie, that's great. I really hope you do follow through, it's the best job in the world!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Oh dear things have gone a bit wrong....
I tried the olive oil/water thing this morning instead of frylight and it was rubbish! I might as well just put water in the frying pan for all the good it did. I ended up frying the mushrooms with bacon with the fat still on so they wouldnt stick (that means syns)
I'll have to eat fruit all afternoon and have no syns until Wednesday as I really want to lose again this week.
Personally I love mushrooms completely fat-free. They have a very delicate flavour which is spoiled with fat IMO. I wipe them, pop them in a small dish with a lid and zap in the microwave for maybe a minute. They come out, hot, firm and very tasty, yum!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hmmm there really isn't enough pasta left over from last night to make a whole meal out of it, even if I tried to bulk it out with sweetcorn peas and broccoli. I was thinking I might have some SW chips with it, but would this be TOO many carbs even for a green day? I have already had a jacket potato today.. and then pasta and another potato..0

Congratulations to everyone whos lost this week, 8.5lbs is fantastic. Ive got my first weigh in tomorrow and Im a bit worried about it. I've faithfully stuck to plan all week and judging from previous attempts at SW this usually results in 1-1.5lb loss as Im not one of the fast losers. The problem is it is now TOTM which I know will show on the scales, possibly as a gain, which will be really embarrassing for the first week and short of announcing it to the whole class Im not sure what to do!0

Well yes, I used to use it every day, but when the kitchen was changed it got put away and I've not had it back out - don't cook as much as I used to when the kids where all home
It makes lovely roasties etc, but I was never adventurous so I'm sure in the hands of a better cook, it would turn out some fab meals. Go on, buy one, you'll save it's price in a couple of months cos they don't use much power at allI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
