:confused: Help please with syn value:confused::confused:

Lidl do a range of their own healthier stuff called Linessa. I've just bought a pkt of Linessa Mousse Stracciatella Light. Looked it up on SW site and they say 3 syns "per serving."

You get 2 x 28g sachet in the box and for 4 people I've used both sachets and 500ml semi skimmed milk as instructed.

OK. now using the syns calculator and it's coming out as 2 syns per packt I think. Brain is mush today so if somebody has time to double check for me on calc.

    100g dessert =
    Energy 87 cal
    Protein 5.7g Carbs 7.6 g Fat 3.7g

    but I'm only using 46g.
    Thanks in advance.

The girl who posted it has given no servings anyway..so just cut down the cheesyness I suppose? I think it serves more than one anyway, otherwise two eggs would be quite a lot I think.

Not at all! Unless if you mean chocolate, cheese etc, which unfortunately yes you will have to cut down on, but not cut them out completely!

You can eat as much as you like of various 'free' foods which will undoubtedly be explained to you tomorrow, and there is a new plan so now you can essentially eat as much as you like of the staples like potatoes, pasta, and lean meat, and as many fruits and veg as you can handle, as well as fat free yogurts etc. :T:T

Does anyone know the if home made natural yogurt is free? I make it with skimmed milk and skimmed milk powder with a non fat natural yogurt starter.

Thanks for the reply about the fromage frais- that is really good news!

I made the skinny carbonarah the other day- it serves 4- really yummy too!!!

My only problem so far is that after my first weigh in (lost 3.5lbs!) I came home and drank loads of wine with my Mum- reckon altogether had about 40 sins! Now i'm really worried about my next weigh in. I know it's my own fault and i'm trying to up my exercise to compensate but..... I feel just wretched about it. Not onloy that but I felt like s**t for 2 days afterwards. Self inflicted I know! NOT worth it!
    Anyway, good luck everyone

Brilliant I shall get making the carbonara tonight then :T:T
Well done on your weightloss! I know of several people who class the end of WI and the new week as "no mans land" and take this as a time to eat what they want, because they find that if they have had a treat in the week, they are more able to be focused on the next week. You've got a whole week to be good now, and so I wouldn't worry. Think about it, the day before you started SW you probably had more than 40 syns, and then your first week you still lost weight.

1 tbsp of parmesan is a heb, apologies, it's 4 servings :D although 2 egg yolks won't be much liquid. When I make carbonara I would have 1 egg yolk per person.

On EE, the bacon would be unlimited, carbonara is lush :D

I'm really annoyed that I have to buy a whole pack of eggs for 1 meal when I'm going going to use 1 egg yolk for me! What am I going to do with 5 eggs?
