Morning all. I hope your Saturday night went better than mine. We were planning to have Beef stroganoff and rice, this would have been great as we had been good all day (oh is doing sw too). However as I was chopping the mushrooms and defrosting the meat Oh decided he fancied a pizza, it didnt take much to talk me into it. So we shared a 12 inch hot and spicy pizza, it was oozing with spicy mince and chicken in a hot spicy tomato sauce and smothered with cheese, we also had chips :o:o. It was delicious. we then decided to go the whole hog and had 2 bottles of red wine and polished of a whole tub of sour cream &onion Pringles:o:o:o.

I feel crap today, as we also had a bottle of red wine on Friday, this was planned and had saved syns for that, so had none spare for last nights feast.
We are going to be super good today, and have our stroganoff for lunch. We are both really good all week as we live apart, the the weekends are very messy.
I definently dont think ill be losing this week anyway. I seem to be sabotaging myself as I get closer to target

<goes off muttering must try harder, must try harder>

Well done to Skinnyontheoutside, and JemmaBe on your great weightlosses:)

Magicbeans - you are right, all the fresh food does cost a lot. I tend to buy most of my meat and veg frozen, as it is a bit cheaper........Dh is a full-time student, I am a part-time student and I work part-time too, we have two boys with hollow legs and a baby on the way:eek: I was just sat last night wondering how on earth I am going to be able to afford everything, but somehow, things usually work out ok:)

    Today will be EE
Brekkie - egg on toast (HEb)
Lunch - Jacket potato and beans
Dinner - Chicken curry and rice (5Syns)

Snacks & Drinks - Tea (milk Hea), Juice, crisps (5syns) fruit and yoghurts.

I think that is right, haven't really got my thinking hat on yet:)

Daily eating plan Good morning everyone, had a good lay in this morning which is unusual for me. My daughter was also up and asked for french toast for breakfast, which I have just cooked for her - Charlie had an upset tummy last night and she was met with the results when she came down this morning so of course she had to clean it up.;) (remind myself not to give Charlie reheated rice bake in future).

Must say it smells define but I am not going to have any since I get weighed tomorrow morning and must be extra good today!

Breakfast - fruit and yogurt with scan bran cakes (free + heb)
Lunch - roast chicken, mashed potato, brussels, carrots, green beans, gravy (free+2 syns)
Snack - coffee and rest of scan bran cakes from breakfast (milk from hea)
Supper - Very large bowl of hm vegetable soup and fresh fruit as needed!

Hope you all have a good day
    Love
    Marion

The first 12wks I couldn't stick to SW at all, as I felt so nauseous, and all that made me feel better was fatty foods and cream cakes:p But since then it has been a lot easier.
With ds1 I put on 4st, with ds2 I put on 3.5st, so I was determined not to repeat that this time.
So far I have put 1st2lb and have just over 7wks to go...However I weighed today, as I want to make sure I don't actually lose weight, but just gain slowly and steadily, and I seem to have lost 1.5lbs so this week I am going to allow myself extra HE's but still stay within Syns each day. I am not overly concerned as baby is active etc...I just don't think it is healthy to lose weight in pregnancy:)

So slight change of plan today, I have had two pieces of toast with my eggs (2xHEb), and I am going to add cheese to my JP as a 2nd HEa.

The packet instruction is to make them with Water/Milk and butter - if made this way they become syns, however made with just water they are free on Green & Extra Easy :)

I followed Slimming World when I was pregnant with DS in 2000. I think in total I gained about 2st 5lbs, what shocked the hell out of me was when I weighed the first week after having DS (had to go to class as 1. my mum was the consultant back then and 2. all the girls wanted to see DS! ) I actually lost 3st 6lbs - I think clearly at 9lb 12oz born he had commanded his own swimming pool in there as well
