I remember reading in SW magazine once a lovely looking receipe for cauliflower cheese, of course I cant find the damn thing now and was wondering if anyone knows how to make a SW friendly version?

The mushroom strogonoff in this months magazine is lovely and you could just add the beef to it on an EE day.

I made it the other day and it is lovely - definately worth a try

    Hello

I am new to SW and finding it good so far. One thing that confuses me is that eating out is tricky to syn as I can't find any eating out guides for specific places. Today I had meatballs with linguine in Wetherspoons which the ingredients were OK for (doing EE today) - linguine, pork and beef meatballs, tomato pasta sauce and parmesan (HEA) but I just wanted to check that this would be OK - does anyone know?

    Many thanks
