Hi guys.

Having a bad bad day :(

I went and got measured for a bra today after realising I needed to go down a size again. Came out measured at a slightly scary 32G  which you'd think was phwaaarr but the measuring lady kindly pointed out that most of the bras looked a bit rubbish because my boobs have gone saggy from all the weight loss (I used to be a 38H). :( There's nothing like standing in nowt but ur tights and knickers and being told you've got saggy boobs to cheer you up :(

I watched 'Extreme Slimmers' on telly last night and there were all these poor people who'd lost weight and who had saggy skin that never went back - am scared now!! I'm 27 so I thought it'd come back at least a bit....?? Does anyone else have saggy boobs problems from dieting? What do you do??????

Best thing is to make sure you moisturise around the breast area regulalry with a reasonable quality and rich moisturiser, and be sure to wear a well fitting bra from now on, I know it is pain to keep having to get refitted if losing weight but it will help support the delicate and therefore easily damaged breast tissue. Also exercises which target your pectoral muscles which lie underneath breast tissue will help give breasts more lift. Hope this helps, try all of the above for a month or two and i am sure you will see an improvement.

Hi there,
I start my diet and go to my first Slimming world meeting tomorrow.
I am really nervious, don't know what to ware or expect, but want to start my diet now.lol.
Would anyone be willing to pm me the password for this week so I could look at the recipies?
Also had discussion with family and they think I have to cut down on my portions, is this true?

Any help or advice would be wecomed.

Hi - you'll be fine. You certainly don't need to dress up!!
;) Expect support, advice, recipes, a few moans & groans, some smiley faces and a few laughs.

You DO NOT need to cut down your portions of healthy food on SW and you DON'T need the password to look at the recipes on the SW site. Just go straight to the site and there's loads you can look at without the PW. Good luck:D

Does anyone know how many syns standard beef mince has? I've tried looking at syns online but a bit confused with it.

Basic/Non Branded Foods Beef, mince, standard 28g raw
red.gif Original 1½ Syns green.gif Green 3 Syns

If you know which mince it is ie - which brand? it may affect the syn value slightly as Tesco's is

Tesco British Beef Mince, chilled 100g
red.gif Original 7 Syns green.gif Green 13 Syns

which means it has a higher syn value (2 syns per 28g) not much in it I dont suppose.

I'm really annoyed that I have to buy a whole pack of eggs for 1 meal when I'm going going to use 1 egg yolk for me! What am I going to do with 5 eggs?
Do you know anyone who uses eggs perhaps you could buy 1 of them or sometimes there are places who actually have eggs they put in boxes themselves if you asked nicely they might sell you 1

Oh well I'm telling myself I've had the equivalent of 15 today as I've just got back from a 20 minute jog! lol

they will last weeks (even after the date stamp has passed), keep them until you want to do the recipe again. :D

I abhor egg white and this is the food taste/texture/smell I use when I'm doing the Paul McKenna cravings 'thing'........it makes me almost heave within a couple of seconds of imagining putting it in my mouth..... _pale_

Oddly though, I love egg yolk :rotfl:

Mmmm egg yolk I like that too!

I went to get my spaghetti for tonight, and was going to use an egg from someone else. Then I went to sainsburys and dithered over buying parsley, and decided to put it back.

I get home and the lady obviously didn't scan my spaghetti, as I don't have it and it isn't on my receipt

I think it is fate telling me I won't like it, so I'm having leftovers from yesterday for dinner instead of lunch..even though there isn't that much left.

I had a change of plan today, still a red day but I didnt really bother with breakfast!

Brunch -
Bacon, scambled egg, syn free sausages, mushrooms and a hifi bar

Afternoon snack
Another hifi bar, slice of cheese and milk in tea, tub of blueberries with toffee mullerlight (couldnt resist!)

Dinner -
Spicy beef wrap

I also went for a 20 minute walk/jog this afternoon and now I feel brill!

I'm hoping for a 1lb loss this week, even more would be nice but I dont want to be greedy!
