    Hi All

I am going to try my first EE day today, now I know I can have my milk, and my cheese:D

I will still have an oatso simple for brekkie, but will just Syn it, as it is only 5/6 syns(will check properly when I get back in later)

My friend joined the groups last week and she was told Batchelors Savoury Rice aren't FREE any more, Is this right? maybe she mis-heard.

Marion - the weather will pass over to the east - we had it last night and its a beautiful morning here now - bright sunshine and clear skies!

Haven't planned today really as we're out to dinner tonight (a place that has a Titanic steak 48oz/1360g!!!!!!!!) so I've just had a banana and a yoghurt and SF squash before heading off to my archery practice. Will probably be an EE.

OMG Catt turns weather reporter :eek::eek::confused:;)

There will be a strong North Easterly wind .......

Is there no end to Catt's talents ? :p

    Hi everyone

    Menu for today includes

    Breakfast
french toast using HEB friendly bread (made though with only one egg ) cinamon and nutmeg spices (too much ) and served with Greek 0% yogurt and mixed frozen but defrosted red fruit.

Lunch is Corn and red pepper chowder from the One pot wonders slimming world cookbook.

Tea is undecided - was meant to be Slimming World Beef madras curry but my OH (who was meant to be cooking it!) is doing DIY and I dont think he will be finished till late.

I havent decided whether I am on green or extra easy. more than likely extra easy.

Possibles for tea include steak and noodles or jacket chips and gammon and fresh pineapple / or fried egg (now that asda have delivered :D)

snacks include? fresh pineapple / mullerlight yogurt?

    syns? wine later 6 - 9 syns?
meringue nest and fruit? 2.5 syns for nest
right off to make the chowder.....

  • Hi All,
Trying for day 2 of EE. My meal plan today is:

    B. Beans on Toast (free, heb)
    L. Bacon and Mushroom Omelette (free)
    D. Steak :T (free) plus HM pepper sauce (3 syns), Jacket Potato (free) with cheese (Hea) and Veg (Free)

    Snacks: Fruit, ML

Syns: Think I might have to go for a couple of glasses of wine tonight so 12 +3 from dinner = 15

As a complete EE newbie, is the above correct? Thanks in advance :A
