Consultant, in a paranoid mood - would this be okay as a EE diary?

Brek - grapes and Total greek yoghurt
Lunch - jacket, cheese (HEb), bacon, salad
Dinner - burger (extra lean mince, onion, spice,), SW chips, ketchup (1syn), possibly bacon too.

Snacks - tea (milk=HEa), bannoffe mousse - 1.5 syns (layers of banana ML, options dark choc, banana pieces, all with gelatine), fruit.

    Syns - Wine - 12 syns.

    ?????

    Thanks!

Sorry, only just got to this (cor doesn't this thread move fast?). Assuming your Total Greek yog is the 0% one, it looks good to me and the pud looks yummy!!

JemmaB - I think you hit the nail on the head when you said you're not really committed. It can be hard enough when you are, but almost impossible when you're not. Why not come back to it when you can make the commitment - I'm sure you'd do much better then :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I thought so. I think maybe they need to rethink their EE book as there seems to be some niggling errors like not mentioning you can have any HEb and saying you can have any veg (although maybe advocado is a fruit...)

The EE booklet just gives an overview and shows the known favourites, when I first read it I thought that was all I was allowed :o. I've tried to not think of it as a new diet as such .. its just lumping ALL free food together and taking off an HEA and HEB :) I just think when I look at something ... "is it free on either Red or Green" if yes then its in my mouth!

Phew! Thanks - and yes, it's been busy here today.

The pudding was really yummy - I surprised myself! All I did was make up a sachet of gelatine with half a pint of hot water, then add half of it to a whipped up mix of half a pot of quark, a banana custard ML, a chopped banana and a dash of vanilla flavouring whilst the other half of the gelatine is mixed with a sachet of cadbury dark chocolate highlight and about 50ml of hot milk, and layered them (by letting them nearly set first). Yummmmm. I'm thinking of trying something similar with a vanilla and choc ML and some peppermint flavouring...
