Just a thought about the yoghurt. Would you be able to buy a yoghurt maker- not sure but I think easio do mixes for fat free yoghurts and it might work out cheaper for you in the long run.. If anyone knows better - please correct meSW Convert - started 20/09/09 -3 Stone to lose!!

I thought so. I think maybe they need to rethink their EE book as there seems to be some niggling errors like not mentioning you can have any HEb and saying you can have any veg (although maybe advocado is a fruit...)0 -

I was not disbelieving you, however the internet, doesn't tend to get 'reprinted' it tends to be updated quite regularly but you may have missed the fact I said 'online'
I use the "Online Food Diary" as my reference as all the Syns/HEA/HEB tend to get updated online a lot quicker the obviously waiting for a paper reprint. I was purely pondering if they will update the internet to reflect this information as I have no drop down option to pick Cheese as a HEB so will need to type is in as a Syn or Free Food which sort of makes the Online Diary a complete waste of time don't you think
Ah, I see. Sorry I hadn't realised you'd said 'online' (I tend to speed read and it sometimes doesn't link up in my brain as it should, lol). It may well be an idea to write or call SW head office and ask someone more closely involved in the website editing.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Is there a difference, they look much the same to me. I've had one of these for years and they really are good, though I haven't used it since getting my new kitchen installed. You've made me think about getting it back out, thanks EthI let my mind wander and it never came back!0
