I go a chicken chow mein - thinks its 5 syns on a green day? I guess it would be less on an EE day as the chicken in it would be free... Cop suey is less but I'm not a fan...0 -
I'd go for boiled rice and a vegetable stir fry or mushroom curry Skint.
I'm predicting a few difficult hours ahead. I'm currently feeling angry and upset and need to keep myself from eating something stupid, although I've got nothing stupid to eat in the house, which is possibly good."Stay Wonky":D

Whoa, those see high! the chicken salad is just griddled chicken breast and salad leaves - are they including the dressing in that. I think the chicken must include the skin other wise that makes no sense to me0 -
I saw them make the chicken though and they are very liberal with the oil as it is cooking. I guess dressing will be included if it comes as standard.

I guess you could ask for it without the dressing though.

Oooh whats up Bbabe - a good thing you haven't got anything as I've just eaten two shortbread biscuits
Yes, I looked at the book and thought chow mein and pilau rice rather than fried (don't see the point in paying for boiled though I could cook some savoury rice to share while OH picks it up!)

I've just had a lovely tea and feel much happier, I had SW chips, fried eggs (in frylight) bacon and baked beans - all free on EE

oooooh, I won't bore you, just grrrrrrrrrrrrr at some stuff......
i've got some hotel chocolat chocolates coming tomorrow, they were delivered on Tuesday but I wasn't in, the end of season mega reduced ones. I want to take them on holiday at the end of March and I'm determined not to break into them. It is a good job I wasn't in, I may have started eating them if they were here."Stay Wonky":D
