Okay, because I'm very very dull (and fancy a nandos now) I used http://caloriecount.about.com/nandos-nutrition-m659 to work out the syns in spicy rice at Nandos using the sw websites calulator:
Spicy rice is 2.5 syns per portion on a green day.
That's from the Canadian Nando's site - they don't have the yogurt listed, unfortunately.0 -
Hi Girls & Guys.
I had planned for today to have scrambled eggs and beans for brekkie, JP with cheese and onion and beans for lunch and a free meal from the freezer for dinner....
What I actually did was, got hassled by dh to go shopping for a coat for him down Cheshire Oaks, which resulted in eating a packet of crisps and a mars bar for a snack whilst walking round, then stopping at boots and getting a chicken ceaser wrap with another bag of crisps for lunch...and feeling tired tonight and used a jar of sauce (loaded with syns) with chicken and rice for dinner....
Not a very good sw day. although we did find some good bargains (that we needed) I will try for todays menu tomorrow.

I got 2.5 syns on a green day also for a 200gram portion using the SW calculator.
I've had a portion of the rice though from Nando's and the size was a small ramekin full, wasn't very filling! That was the only time I've been so I don't know if that's how it is normally served.
If you are on a green day, how about the corn on the cob, without butter of course!

And fat free yoghurt is free as well when you plug it in to the calculator - http://www.thedailyplate.com/nutrition-calories/food/nandos/14-chicken-leg
