You could always syn it of course
Oh bum! I wonder why it's on the HEb list for green days - maybe because you get more fibre from free foods on green days?0 -

Hi Fluffy - yes it will - was thinking as I was returning from my walk - failure is not an option - I iwill loose all I have put on and then some more simple as. I will not entertain any other ideas. That said been really bad tonight but these blips will happen.
Only started walking again on monday - did 50 mins and tonight 46 mins.
Sadly once we've moved offices I don't think I will have time for even the shortest of walks :mad:
I will prob have to consider moving closer to work:o

Could be a bit of bad news on the horizon for people who were excited at the discovery that Tesco reduced fat egg mayo is free on green. I picked some up in store today and the SEL said DISCONTINUED!! Looks like its on its way out:eek:0

My Day:
Breakfast - Apple
Lunch - cold pasta and tomato sauce and sweetcorn, Muller Light
Snack - 2 clementines
Dinner - chicken casserole (with tomatoes, mushrooms and carrot) HEb of chicken, +peas, sweetcorn and broccoli, Muller Light
Supper - 2 Weetabix (HEb) with milk (HEa), 2 Jaffa cakes (5 syns)
+ 1.5 syns for stockcubes used today as well (half in tomato sauce at lunch, half in casserole)
I am totally being spurred on by not wanting to undo all my hard work this week. I am really quite excited to weigh myself on Saturday, see if this has all paid off! I can't see how it can't really seeing as this was my day before:
Breakfast: 2 slices of buttered toast with hot chocolate
Lunch: either the same as breakfast (again) or 4 crumpets with butter
Dinner: alternating between pepperoni pizza, chicken nuggets and chips and curry from a jar.
Snacks: 4 or 5 biscuits.
Like.. the calorie difference must be quite big. Even just replacing my breakfast with an apple must be saving me at LEAST 300 calories0 -
Hello, right i have been planning and so far i think im doing it right:
bf-porridge and apple
lunch-tuna,swetcorn and pasta and a banana
dinner-cottage pie and veg
supper-2 Weetabix (he.b) with milk (he.a)
Does this sound ok for the extra easy plan?
it sounds like an awful lot to eat in one day.0 -
i was going to SW every week up to xmas but i have had 2 weeks off now and im stuck in a rut i have text and emailed my consultant for the password so i can get online before next weeks class and get back into it but she doesnt ever reply.
my DH is at work so much lately i just get fed up and eat :-( i had my second child 17 weeks ago and xmas week id lost almost a stone so i was really doing well. but i just seem to be having a right nightmare getting back into it.
im no good at planning meals as if i dont fancy it there and then i wont eat it. i love healthy food i just eat all the bad stuff too.
i have 6 weeks until my birthday and id like to loose enough to fit into my prepregnancy trousers which i think would be a stone , i know its a lot and i know ill have to work hard so any tips???
what do you all have as meals? im a green day girl really with the odd bit of meat occassionally. anyone tried the new eating plan they gave out at xmas? what treats do you have??? i love hot puddings like apple crumble does anyone know any way of having it for less syns?
im so fed up with my consultant ignoring me do you think head office would help with the password , i am down as a shift worker so really i havent missed any groupd yet as i only get there so often usually as i try to go to a different class.
argh i so badly want to see my progress chart online its such a buzz seeing how well youve done , i guess ill have to go it alone untill mondays group, fingers crossed i can get back on track.Mortgage at start of MFW £101416.74(27yrs)
