Hello, right i have been planning and so far i think im doing it right:

    bf-porridge and apple
lunch-tuna,swetcorn and pasta and a banana
    dinner-cottage pie and veg
    supper-2 Weetabix (he.b) with milk (he.a)

Does this sound ok for the extra easy plan?
it sounds like an awful lot to eat in one day.

How are you counting the porridge? if its a HEB then you have had too many for an EE day?

Gone over my syns for the last two days. Been fed up, so been picking. :(
  • What a great menu plan FE!Planning is definately the key to staying on track.

I've just eaten an orange (well a blood orange actually) and am feeling ridiculously smug as a result,as I have only just started eating fruit again, after about 3 months of not fancying it at all.I enjoyed it too.I have had an apple a few times this week, now an orange.Who knows what kind of fruity combinations are lurking round the corner to entice me?!
