  • I tried in Tesco but there was a huge gap where the individual vanilla/choc ones should have been and another huge gap where the 6 pack ones should be. They should only be sold to those on SW - skinny mini's don't need our yummy food!!!!! :rotfl:

    lol too right!

I wished on them, but they were only satellites

  • Judderman, a worrying time for you, hope it all works out ok. :beer:Do you get paid the petrol difference as it's not their fault you are moving office, or are you keeping schtum as it's a dodgy time anyway?

Jemma, when I fancy chipshop chips I either drive the long way round to avoid the shop or I get some and divide the pack into two. One I put aside to put with my lunch the next day (or preferably out for the birds to eat!) and the other I mix into a big (really really big) bowl of green salad - that way you still get the chips but you are having far more of the green stuff which also tastes ten times better with the hot chips thrown in. This also works with hot boiled potatoes or SW chips - mixed in with salad and some very low fat mayo (and, for me, a sprinkling of chilli too!) just makes green salad WORTH EATING!:A

Well done big losers! (I had a midweek weigh this morning and am half a pound off my level stone, if you see what I mean, which is almost a milestone):j
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Well this week fo me has been 3 green days, and four Extra Easy days and I have lost 1/2lb

    hugs needed. please.

ahh i reckon it will show on the scales this time next week, if you stay level headed and keep doing what you have been doing. I always find that my SW week runs a week behind ;)

please don't be disheartened, you are such a motivator to others on this forum.. you have done so well, don't let this this small loss get you down..and as others have said, imagine if it was a 1/2 gain..you would be like having a major tantrum >>> smiley-angry016.gif and say all sorts of things >>> smiley-angry019.gif

Has anyone done a whole week of EE yet? a couple of women at group tonight said they had and were dissapointed they'd "only" lost half a pound. To say they we'rent impressed is an understatement!

Hope the exam went OK Jemma - you have made a good decision re the chips - I hope you enjoy the casserole!

Judders, I have only just caught on about your job... I hope you find out one way or the other soon, personally, I find the waiting is the worst :(

thanks hon - yeah two levels to the whole thing:

    1) worries over possible redundancy - I suspect I am prob not in the top 3/4 so hopefull will be safe - but stillw ant to know

    2) the move of office and ny much shorter life after all the travelling - was 30 mile round trip a day - will become 60 !!!

Thanks also blackberry rum and indeed all who have commented.

There is some dialogue as to them paying the difference - I have asked for £110.00 Per month so lets wait n see.

    thanks again all

    Congrats all you wonderful losers!!
It was my first week after rejoining and i lost 3 1/2 lbs. I was well pleased as i have been following the plan since October and i didnt expect to have a big loss my first week as people normally do. My consultant said - are you happy with that loss - and i said that i was delighted and she said - are you sure? I was a bit gutted, it seemed like she must have expected more from me  .
Anyhow it feels good to be back on the plan properley.
Judds - im sorry to hear about the job situation, but i hope it works out for the best for you. ((hug))
