Hi BB - the choc/ orange is free, choc vanilla is free and choc/cherry is 2 syn's so enjoy
    xx

excellent! I didn't realise the orange one was free also:T I don't have any left now :( I tried in Tesco but there was a huge gap where the individual vanilla/choc ones should have been and another huge gap where the 6 pack ones should be. They should only be sold to those on SW - skinny mini's don't need our yummy food!!!!! :rotfl:

sorry about your news judderman. I've been made redundant twice over the years. First time I panicked and thought the world would end and I could only do the same job I currently did. Second time had very different circumstances and I ended up deciding to completely re-start my career in an area I was interested in. I went from being a 28k middle manager to a 7k part time administrator. 9 months on, I love the organisation, I've re-trained and I'm now also teaching adults in evening class and this year should be the opportunity to start going back up the ladder.

    Food for today on EE:

    B: Muller choc/orange (1.5 syns?)
L: leftover chilli and rice (free)
D: probably roast pork, frylight potatoes, gravy (1 syn), peas

Also had a muller layered yog at 1.5 syns and 1 Thorntons chocolate at 3 (which wasn't even nice). Had some ham as a snack.

Probably have some porridge and milk at some point.

thanks - wow good for yo well done :T :T glad it's worked ouot well for you

    I can't stop eating today.

I'm currently munching my way through a big tub of pineapple chunks which is free at least!. Must, must, must eat slower. I am getting better at it and my portion sizes are really reducing but today I just want to eat. Haven't had my hea/heb yet, so might have porridge in a bit.

Arghh I have just come back from sitting in an accounting exam for 3 and a half hours. By the end my eyes and head had gone so squiffy I could barely see the numbers let alone interpret them.

All i want for dinner tonight is chip shop chips.
    How many syns??

    227g standard portion - R=27/G=17.5
    340g large portion (Bosh!) - R=40.5/G=26
