Evening all!
I've just got back from my first WI since rejoining and I've lost........2lb!!!! I'm thrilled especially since I had a night out last Thursday and cooked a huge roast at the weekend
My boyfriend thinks it's brilliant and is giving me tonnes of encouragement. I'm givng myself the aim of losing a stone by Easter, wish me luck people!
Woooooooooo!
well done :j:j:j
Im sure youll get to a stone by Easter. Its good having a partner who supports you, he'll slowly get into it too and will be more understanding about roast potatoes etc. keep it up.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
hi everyone
just got back from wi and have lost 1.5lbs which is ok.
been thinking about angies post and beginning to wonder how many people find the sw plan a bit of a struggle.when i first started 3 months ago my consultant gave the inpression that sticking to the plan exercise 3-4 time a week and you will lose1-2lbs per week, but i have found in my group it is surprising how many people find that it is not the case.i'm not saying it doesn't work but we all lose at differant rates and it seems more common then sw like to admit.
has anyone else found in there group that there are a few of us that just lose weight slowlyjoined sw on 22/10/08lost 3 stonere-joined 8/1/12need to lose 2 stones:eek:4lbs:j0 -

Does anyone know if I can have cheese as a HEb on EE? You could have it as a HEb on a green day but it doesn't say in the booklet about whether that carries over to EE or not....0

:j :j LovelyLadyBird - 1.5 lb is a great loss - well done!! :j :j
There are many people who find losing 1-2lb a week an impossible task, just like (in my group at least) there are two women who find it impossible to lose less than 3 lb a week....
I think you have hit the nail on the head - we all lose at different rates - I would love to lose quicker, but at least I am losing (not gaining which was my pre SW pattern), and the average dieter will indeed probably lose 1-2lb a week...
... but look around you... who would choose to call themselves 'average' ?0 -

Nope, sorry - your A choice is calcium (milk or cheese), your B choice is fibre.
You could always syn it of course :rolleyes:0 -
