Yes, I think some people freeze them to eat them like ice-cream!

had my second alpen light bar instead of the double decker.... got a treat size flake for later if i still need chocolate:j
How many syns for the treat size flake?

Argh I think when I've proven to myself that I'm really serious about weight loss (infact I've done better than I usually do at diets, how sad is that :/) I might just buy all the books. You can get CD Roms on Ebay with all the healthy extras etc (which I've memorised over the years, but it's good to check) and then buy the books as well.

I never had much luck freezing my mullers :\ wish I did, frozen yoghurt is my FAVOURITE.

a treat size flake is only 4 (15g), and a treat size fudge is only 3 (13g)

so thers no guilt as I can count them honestly, though I have just synned milk as I have gone over a bit today and its 9 syns for 568ml of red (skimmed)

must be more careful, must measure, must be more careful :o

You have to stir them every half an hour to stop crystals from forming, which means you break the ice up so that it takes even longer to freeze, and I always forget or walk off and come back to find it absolutely solidified in the pot and you can't get at it, and if you do, it's just icy.

Thanks for your reply. I take my hat off to you. I am trying to do a distance learning law course. I used to work 5 days a week (now do just 4) but I still havent got started with it and need a severe kick up the proverbial!!!! The course structure is changing so I must must get myself sorted to do it this year

Its hard distance learning - I dont think I have the discipline to do that so good on you for starting it, make sure you plan your time is the only advice I can give you - its definately something I have learned the hard way - GOOD LUCK with it xxxx:D

ive tried the frozen muller, fromage frais and crushed malteser concoction thinking it would be fab, it was digusting. it was rock solid, then when i left it to soften it was all gritty and too cheesy for my liking. I did as the recipe said and stirred every 30 minutes. Ive never just frozen a yoghurt on its own, ,maybe nice, but i wouldnt recommend the malteser thingy. yuck !!

Wouldn't they just be back to being slightly more watery muller lights then? ;):p

I've left them on the side waiting to throw them out before, and they don't ever seem to go to a consistency like ice-cream, maybe my expectations were too high :D:confused:
