Well this week fo me has been 3 green days, and four Extra Easy days and I have lost 1/2lb

bla bla bla a loss is a loss, at least its not a gain.... bla bla. still feeling narked - this is 100% total commitment, no rules broken, food diary completed, water drunk, superfree foods eaten on mass.

goes off to stomp in kitchen, eat nice planned dinner and sink a G&T (2.5) and 12 syns of wine, all accounted for and not over syns today.

    ner

Awwww I'm sorry for you, perhaps EE isnt suited to you then? I'm a little sceptical of it myself and have only had two EE days this week, I feel better having red or green days as thats what I'm used to, plus I dont like having to choose between cheese and milk!

Keep going and I'm sure more weight will come off, you can do it!

Hugs angie, I must admit, if I was too strict with my syns my weight loss would slow. Relax and enjoy what you eat - its too easy to eat, drink and sleep food (well literally!) Its weird isn't it. I'm sure your good work will slow (and yes - thats 2 stone a year!)

Someone at group maintained on EE first week of doing it then 2nd week she lost 6.5lb!!
Consultant said that whatever plan you are doing this can sometime happen especially if you have been on sw a while.
Some weeks a maintain or small lose but she assures us it does catch up with its self.

Her way of putting it is , weight loss is a rollercoster...it would be dull and boaring without the ups and downs and fast straight parts..but it all leads to the same ending.... the finish line ie TARGET!!!

So be happy at your losses no matter how small, enjoy the maintain weeks it means your body likes how you are eating, and just enjoy the food and the ride!!!

  • actually Catt - about 2 stone a year IS my loss...

I started April and have lost 1st 7lb.

I *know* I should be really pleased, but it does seem awfully slow doesn't it?

It does seem slow but I think its better that way as you're more likely to keep the weight off for good and develop good eating habits. :)

Liz3yy's right - the first time I did SW I lost nearly 3.5stone very quickly (5months) - and within 2 years I had put on 5.5stone! Slow is good!! I'm happy I've taken the scenic route this time (2stone in 18months!) and make sure its stays off though I'm pushing with renewed vigor as I have to get fit for my marathon!
