I have a question about Fry Lite please
I dont know if its my frying pans but the Frylite seems to burn on and eggs etc stick. Is this normal?
I ended up getting some of those non stick liners and lining the frying pans and now dont use Frylite much but I was just wondering if it was something to do with me.
xxp00
I find the same, not so much in non-stick pans but particularly on baking trays. I have a "sacrafice" baking tray that as well as normal washing up occasionally gets a really really good scrub with lots of elbow grease. Stardrops also helps remove the build up. When its too manky I just replace it with a cheap one again.
Where do you buy the liners from? Are they re-usable? sounds like a good idea0 -
I find frylight can stick on bakeware and pans if you heat them before you put the food in.It's cos it has nothing to 'fry' except the pan.If you are cooking eggs, for example, try using the pan cold.Just spray liberally with frylight, add the eggs, then put the pan over the heat.Or try making your own with 1/3 oil (any type!) and 2/3 water in an empty frylight bottle.Shake VERY vigourously before spraying, and don't forget to do this with regular frylight to - it needs to emulsify to cook food properly.I find this is more pan friendly, you can use any oil you like (olive for pasta sauces, sesame for noodles and chinese, etc) and it's a heck of a lot cheaper too.Yes it is still free!:D:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T

Thanks guys, my my those syns are easy to let slip aren't they - this made me realise I've used an extra 2 syns this week. Although since that takes me to 53 I won't worry too much :rotfl: :A0 -

dlb - sorry to be alittle dim
-but can you tell me if you bought the quark with garlic already added or was it DIY?
If so where did you buy or how much garlic did you add?
Many thanks!:D
I just add garlic salt and give it a good old stir, leave for a while, or overnight and it is yummy as goes all creamy when given a good mix.
Add the garlic salt abit at a time and keep having a taste until its strong enough for your liking.

Yep,free on all plans according to several different sites/people.I'm sure Consultant 31 has endorsed it before to.Correctly speaking I think you can use between 1/4 and 1/3 parts oil but I prefer it,and find I use less, with a 1/3 oil.If you think about it,the fat content is still tiny,as long as you don't take the lid off;) :rotfl::T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p

Helpful Tips and Suggestions
Women are looking to enhance the tone, lift and firmness of their breasts through exercise. While some may think that exercise for the chest may actually make the breasts appear smaller, in most cases the opposite is true. As long as there is not a significant weight loss along with the commencement of these breast toning and firming exercises, most women who strengthen their pectoral muscles will notice an increase in firmness and lift, along with a more rounded “perkier” look to their bustline.
Breast and chest spot-toning and firming exercises are especially helpful for women who have breast fed, and women who have sagging breasts that have lost tone and firmness over time.
Here are some of the exercises you can do to enhance the shape, lift and tone of your breasts. Not only will they help reshape your bustline, they are excellent muscle conditioning and strengthening exercises for the chest area.- The “fly” or butterfly with 2-3 lb. weights. Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides of your body. Lift both arms (with weights) off of the floor simultaneously to the point of a “V” in front of your face. Repeat 10-15 times.
- Modified push ups. Doing a modified push up, on your knees, with arms extended out toward the sides or your body is an excellent breast toning and firming exercise. Be sure the angle of the push up is working the side of your arms where the arm meets the breast, as well as squeezing the pectoral muscles gently with each repetition.
- Extend your arm in front of your body, at a ninety degree angle to your midsection. Take your other arm and gently squeeze the extended arm into your chest, feeling the side of the breast (pectoral) muscle squeezing. Repeat ten times on each side.
- Any time you are at your desk or sitting, a great refresher as well as an excellent bust enhancing exercise is to gently squeeze both arms into the sides of the breasts, feeling the side of the pectoral muscle contract gently. Hold for a few seconds. This exercise is a great re-energizer for those with desk jobs and can be done discreetly and frequently, virtually unnoticed.

Hi Eric - I went back in Sept to do my CIPD (HR/Personnel qualifications) much harder than I remember, but I got myself caught up in a situation when I was originally there when I had my eldest DS half way through degreee and so I just finished the degree without another thought as my priorities had changed and i was unable to work full time anyway.
I do have the added bonus that I only work 16 hrs a week now, but having that, kids, OH, dog, cat and house etc etc etc ( I know Im not alone no sympathy req'd) its still hard work - but if I dont do it now I never will:rotfl:
Thanks for your reply. I take my hat off to you. I am trying to do a distance learning law course. I used to work 5 days a week (now do just 4) but I still havent got started with it and need a severe kick up the proverbial!!!! The course structure is changing so I must must get myself sorted to do it this year :rolleyes:0 -
Think that post above's for you Kelly
